Today marks the birthday of the father of modern horror, Edgar Allan Poe (1/19/1809-10/7/1849). It turns out that each year on his birthday an anonymous person leaves a bottle of cognac and roses on this eminent author’s grave in Baltimore, Maryland. If it sends shivers down your spine, this means you are sensitive enough to get lost in the works of this distinguished writer, which we highly recommend, in case you still hadn’t had the chance to appreciate them. Today let’s drink a glass of cognac for the memory of Edgar Allan Poe – may his name live forever.
On this special occasion we present you a short clip showcasing the detective’s office, who is the main character in our horror game Cthulhu: Books of Ancients. We plan to release it this year for Halloween.
