The Past Within is an upcoming multiplayer point-and-click adventure taking place in the Rusty Lake universe. Next to PC & Mac, the game is also coming to IOS, Android and hopefully console!

The Cube Escape Collection is now available! 🎉

We’re very excited to finally release a Collection of the first nine Cube Escape chapters on Steam to survive the end of the Flash Games era:
We hope you will be happy to finally have all these games in one place where you can easily revisit the Rusty Lake universe and unlock all the 72 new achievements! There is also a new hint system and our translators did a tremendous job adding translations to all of them.

When we released our first Cube Escape game, Seasons, 5 years ago we never dreamed we would attract such an amazing community. Are you ready to bring back color to Robert’s life? The White Door is a new project by Rusty Lake, published under our new label Second Maze. Please note that the game is a different experience than any other Rusty Lake / Cube Escape. This time we focused on creating a narrative based game with an interesting new gameplay. Almost like a visual novel. We hope you will enjoy :)
The White Door is an upcoming point-and-click adventure by Rusty Lake that uses a split-screen for interaction with the environment and protagonist. The game will be co-published by our own publishing label Second Maze.
The Paradox Comic Book is available in our Merch store!
A few years ago fanartist Lau Kwong Shing (@cowcowtony) made a 16-pages comic version of Rusty Lake: Roots, we were amazed by its quality and this piece eventually lead to the Paradox Comic book.
Thank you so much Lau for your amazing talent, hard work and dedication to translate the Paradox story into such a beautiful comic. We couldn’t happier with our collaboration :) Also big thanks to zbfghk for their help editing and printing the comic in the best way possible.

Hi guys,
Thanks all for making the release of Paradox such a big success! The movie and game combo was our biggest and most exciting Rusty Lake project so far and we couldn't be happier with all the positive reviews and comments here on Steam. We are very grateful to have such a great community!
A few weeks after the release we needed some time off, but still we were quite busy with events and fulfilling all the Paradox Kickstarter rewards. We are now fully back to work and planning a small update for Paradox very soon, mostly fixing some small bugs and adding new languages :)
We are also starting with a prototype for our next project but this will take quite some time. We hope to show you guys more near the end of the year, where we will also share our goals for 2019. In the meantime.. if we happen to be your favorite developer and/or made you favorite game this year, please leave nomination at the Steam Awards page and you will get a badge in return :)
