Fixed Jeff ladder bug that causes character to spawn back in front of ladder and fixed some additional collision bugs. Builds downloaded before 11-22-18 will not reflect updates.

Nov. 8th: Fixed remaining bugs, specifically certain enemies not registering attacks toward player and removed character sprite that spawned in forest that granted access to an item earlier than intended, in addition fixed significant slowdown that occurred during final boss fight, and cleaned up some sound effect problems. Builds downloaded before November 8th may not reflect all changes.
