Black Bone 1.06 update - FullScreen Mode
This update addresses some of the formatting and text issues that some users were experiencing at various supported monitor resolutions.
- Options menu now included Fullscreen toggle
This toggle is active at the currently selected resolution in the options menu. These resolution settings include refresh rates. All settings are saved for future runs of the app.
- Various dialogue corrections for typos and poorly spaced text.
We encourage any major mistakes that we have missed to be posted in the bugs section and they will be corrected in future update patches of the game.
Thanks to Cantusbane for posting the alt+enter will toggle full screen quick keys toggle for Fullscreen. This alternate method of toggling Fullscreen mode remains active for users that prefer the quick keys method.
Curse of Black Bone Teaser Demo Out Now
This teaser demo does not include any of the enhanced 3D content which is featured in the full release out on Steam and does not include any of the explict adult content which is featured in the full game. Additional features such as a quest log and inventory system which are featured in the full game are not featured in this teaser demo.
Curse of Black Bone contains RPG-like game play that allows you to control Billy Bones throughout a detailed 3D setting including remote island beaches, hidden plantations and the town of Port Royal itself. Find hidden objects and hold them in your inventory for unlocking new and hidden treasures.
There is no shortage of drama, lust, and intrigue to be found in Curse of Black Bone. A truly one of a kind adventure experience!
Curse of Black Bone Mac OS edition to be added at launch
To celebrate this update, we're uploaded an updated game trailer that includes additional fixed shots and more professional voice acting that was left out of the earlier game promo trailers. The latest trailer more accurately reflects the ongoing development of the title as we improve polish for our release date and address bugs that are being reported by our beta team.
We've been steadily moving up the 'Adult Only' upcoming charts and have now reached the #2 position. We strive to make a unique and exciting adult VN adventure and are very much looking to getting the game in players hands on September 1.
Curse of Black Bone Kickstarter Launched
Pre-Order Curse of Black Bone on Kickstarter and get $5 off the launch price of the game and special backers only images and videos as well as behind the scenes news. You'll also get special updates to new characters that have been added as well as planned after launch updates and additions to the game.
This is a special limited edition offer that expires at the retail launch release of the game September 1, 2022. You can view the Kickstarter from the above link, rest assured that the same game and all of it's contents will be included if funding is achieved.
Curse of Black Bone pre-release Announcement
What is included in the Beta pre-release is 80% of the High Definition CG animations, 3D explorable gameplay and interactive characters. While we are still making improvements and tweaks to all parts of the game before it's Early Access release, there is still hours of content and movies that can already be unlocked for these early players.
We look forward to building our fan base and hearing about how curators are enjoying the game before it's release. As always, comments and suggestions can be made in our community forums as we will be monitoring them while we receive this early feedback.
