We've come out of the Watchful Angel to bring you some new news about our demo. To begin with, we have applied an optimisation improvement to the game, the doors now act as small loading screens, you may notice a short wait time when opening the door, but this ensures that the overall performance of the game is smoother. We are aware of the initial game load time and will try to improve it in future updates, but we wanted to bring you this performance improvement as quickly as possible.
On the other hand, we noticed that many players were unable to finish the demo due to its length. As we want players to be able to experience Atlas Infernum by taking their time, we have included a save game system, so you can now quit the game by saving the game and continue the story later.
And finally, we wanted to celebrate this new update with a little surprise for the completionists: Steam Achievements. There are a total of 11 Steam achievements scattered throughout the demo, 4 of which are hidden (find them and look for the references!).
As we said before, we are aware that there are still bugs and things to improve, but we want to focus on the development of the game while bringing some occasional improvements to the demo, so we appreciate all the support we are receiving!

See you in the hell!
Events attendance
Hello, everyone! Atlas Negro: Infernum is on Kickstarter and it has a playable demo here on Steam, which is a lot already. But we continue working, because we want to bring this experience personally to all the people we can, so that’s why we’ve also started attending events to showcase our game and get as much feedback and reactions as possible.
On the 15th and 16th of October, we attended VGC Alicante and showed the demo to a wide audience for the first time. We had a great time, and the feedback we got was very promising. The feelings overall were very good. We were nervous but it was a lot of fun!
A week later, from the 21st to the 23rd of October, we attended #BeeAfraid, a festival focused on horror in all of its forms. We brought our demo for even more people to try it, but that wasn’t all. We also had the chance to discuss about games but also about the universe of Atlas Negro beyond Atlas Negro: Infernum, which was very refreshing. The members of the studio even read some horror stories in a dimly lit room! Finally, we also got to spend some time with Tomás Hijo, the artist of the game’s cover.
At the end of the month, on the 29th and 30th of October we attended IndieDevDay, one of the biggest events for indie games in Spain. It’s a meeting point for all people involved in the national videogame industry, which means we will be meeting a lot of people from other studios and fellow developers, as well as publishers, journalists, influencers… And of course, the players! Atlas Negro: Infernum was showcased to the biggest audience yet during the course of this event.
That’s all for now, but we hope to continue attending events in the near future, as we are very excited to bring the world of Atlas Negro to everyone!
Did you try the demo and you liked what you saw?

Atlas Negro: Infernum is on Kickstarter!
The Kickstarter campaign for Atlas Negro: Infernum, our first person survival horror game, is live now.
This is a big challenge, but we’re confident that doing this will allow us to deliver the game we always envisioned, and we’ll ensure every aspect of the game is top notch quality. If you like horror stories and narrative games, this will be for you!
We have prepared lots of exclusive rewards, as well as realistic and meaningful Stretch Goals that we think will bring even more to the table. If you help us spread The Word, we will make sure to deliver the best (and scariest) experience possible to our players!
Don’t forget to wishlist the game on Steam as well, it helps us a lot.
