Changes:
-Fixed Midori being accessible by X
-Changed the size if a few face files
-Removes overly long INN music
-Fixed problems with car on map later in game
-Fixed camera zoom consistency in some areas
-New enemy death sound
-Removed archaic NPCs
-Fixed some collision problems in certain areas
-Other miscellaneous bug fixes/changes
