- Increased Pierrot Deux's HP a slight amount. - Fixed the "Erase save data" and "Rebuild save file" options being invisible. - (Probably) fixed a crash which would sometimes occur during level transitions. I wasn't able to replicate this one, but I corrected a block of code that was likely causing it. - (Also probably) fixed the final boss's second phase sometimes getting stuck in walls. Again, I couldn't replicate this one either but I added some code that should prevent this from happening. - Fixed a number of new items not having a visible item description in shops. - Reduced some effects during the new final boss fight to hopefully boost performance. - Fixed Lydia continuously losing money during the last segment of the new final boss fight. - Extended the lifespan for Golden Wormy so they shouldn't disappear within a second of you entering a room. - Fixed Tentacle Chunks's ground attack being layered beneath blood effects. - Slightly lowered the volume for the two new title tracks. - Fixed "BTGO" freezing the game when used in the kitchen. - Removed a duplicate earlier version of a Roselia painting that accidentally stayed in the game.
Next I'm gonna be working on a performance patch to address some of the lag issues with the new levels and boss fights. Expect that somewhat soon!
I had a LOT more written here originally, but for brevity’s sake I think all I really have to say here is thank you all for sticking with this project and seeing it through to its end with us. I’m sure that if you’re reading this you wanna know what’s in the update, so here it is!

Chunks mutations
Upon looping or when playing on painful mode, Chunks can now mutate into several different possible forms upon death which are much fiercer than usual: Dog Chunks and Tentacle Chunks.
Small additions, balance changes, and adjustments
- Filia, the Curse shopkeeper, now sells powerful weapons in exchange for Chunks Medallions. - Added an inventory screen to the pause menu which displays all of your items in one neat place. - Added an additional menu under “Extras” for some new cutscenes. - Added new artwork and music to the gallery and music sections. - Settings
- Added "Remove corpses" under game settings, which when enabled causes enemy corpses to fade away and vanish after a few seconds. - Added “Show items” under video settings, which allows you to toggle the item display at the bottom of the UI. - Added functionality to support binding multiple inputs to one action. - You can now bind actions to mouse buttons 4 and 5. - Moved all options related to gamepads to a submenu under control settings. - Moved "Input accessibility" from game settings to control settings. - Renamed "gamepad auto-aim" to "gamepad aim assist." - Renamed "joystick deadzone" to "thumbstick deadzones."
- Characters
- Updated all of Cordelia’s in-world sprites to be consistent with her canon skin tone. - Digby no longer loses combo time while waiting in challenge rooms. - Changed the unlock requirement for Digby. - Changed the unlock requirement for Cordelia’s B costume. - Re-recorded and updated voice lines for Lydia, Roselia, Diavola, and Cybil at the request of the voice actress.
- Items
- Lowered the price of the Map item. - Lowered the chance for Gold Ring to activate. - The Vault is now a chance-based item. - Reworked the Needle: there's now only a 20% chance to take double damage if your HP is over 2 and it deals way more damage to enemies.
- Enemies
- Lengthened the vulnerability window for Gold Mask. - Looping now increases enemy and boss HP by a greater amount. - Increased Diavola’s HP (both phases). - Gold Worms now vanish after a few seconds. - Chest and Weapon Box Mimics no longer despawn upon exiting the room. - Toned down the effects of flooded floors on all enemies. - Significantly lowered the chance for Mimic Chests to spawn on loops.
- Difficulty
- You can now view the differences between difficulties from the character select screen. - Raised coin drop rates on Painful, Nightmare, and X Must Die difficulties. - Raised red pot spawn rates on Painful and X Must Die difficulties. - Lowered the chance for buffed enemies to spawn on Painful, Nightmare, and X Must Die difficulties. - Chunks no longer instantly chases you on X Must Die difficulty and he no longer "locks in" on the player.
- Challenges
- Massive Attack: Longleg, Wormy, Worm Egg, and Mutant Blue are no longer affected by resizing.
- Curses
- Nerfed BOSS's "Curse of the Maniac" so it further decreases your fire rate.
- Gamepad/controller support
- Gamepads now use vibration/rumble effects. - Gamepads now have unique input icons in tutorials, etc,. - Gamepads now allow variable jump height.
- Misc.
- The game now remembers what costumes you have equipped. - Treasure and weapon rooms no longer appear as secret rooms on loops. - Overhauled map generation to be significantly faster and smoother. - Cleaned up some code related to medals to make some screens (including the main menu) load much faster. - Heavily optimized the loading sequence at the start of the game; the loading screen has been entirely removed since it's no longer necessary. - The map no longer becomes invisible after multiple loops (both this and the above change were originally a result of the game’s difficulty increasing by 1 every time you looped. Now, map visibility and treasure/weapon room visibility are based on your starting difficulty rather than looped difficulty). - You now receive more Chunks Medallions based on how many times you looped on a normal run (previously you only received bonus Chunks Medallions per loop on true ending runs). - Added some more tips to the level transition screen. - Swapped the "level loading" text with a proper icon during level transitions. - Added cute little crows to the Balcony and Dark Mood Woods floors. - Also added tiny spiders on the ground to a handful of floors. - Added some new easter eggs, be on the lookout! - Updated the requirement for unlocking the "Dead Estate" medal; it is now unlockable by clearing the game on any difficulty, not just normal. - Toned down fire particle effects on the "Ultra Hot Pepper" item. - Toned down fire particle effects on all burning projectiles. - Lowered the opacity on all fire particle effects. - Changed the game's window icon to a zombie's face. - Added some new posters and portraits to the mansion.
- Fixes
- Fixed a crash which would sometimes occur while holding the flamethrower weapon. - Fixed a crash related to minimizing the game when a cutscene begins. - Fixed a bug which required the player to unlock “Some Time to Reflect” and “Disarmed” in order to unlock “Milkbar Lads #1 Fan!” - Capped the amount of screen shake caused by increasing Digby’s combo. - Fixed a bug where some text would display incorrectly after leaving and re-entering certain rooms. - Fixed an error which caused BOSS to use some of Jules’s sprites for her damage animations. - Fixed a bug which allowed players to start challenges with curses activated. - Fixed a bug where the "Super Glue" item would not work correctly after quitting and continuing a run. - Fixed a bug where "Chrysus Medallion" would effectively allow the player to live forever even at 0 HP. - Fixed a crash caused by switching your weapon several times after continuing a run. - Fixed tips occasionally appearing off-screen during floor transitions. - Fixed the game momentarily freezing when opening certain menus in Assignment Anya. - (Potentially) finally fixed the white room softlock in Assignment Anya (this one has been really hard to replicate so bear with me). - Fixed potions being infinitely reusable if your inventory is completely full in Assignment Anya. - Fixed Axel high-jumping when performing charged axe throws while using a gamepad. - Fixed "The Abomination" medal being unlockable on normal difficulty. - Corrected a typo with the Chunks medallions popup. - Removed one little stray pixel from Cordelia's shop art on the Upper Story. - Fixed some tooltips for Curses in Filia's shop menu being way too tall. - Fixed one of Axel's B-costume walking animations being shirtless. - Fixed the can't buy/leave voice lines in shop menus overlapping by spamming. - Fixed Chunks Medallions being visible from the character select menu after clearing the normal ending rather than after clearing the true ending. - Updated some of the normal ending polaroids to correct their line art color. - True ending credits now correctly list Katarina C. as Cybil's voice actress. - Fixed all of Dr. Cordelia's voice lines being too quiet. - Fixed rain sound effects getting spammed while entering the Balcony or Dark Mood Woods. - Flame particles and light particles no longer spawn while the game is paused on burning and dark floors respectively.
- Finished developing the game!
WHAT’S NEXT?
Nothing!.... …not in terms of new content for Dead Estate, anyways. It pains me a little to say it, but this update really is the end of the line for this game. We’ve done pretty much everything we wanted to do with Dead Estate; it’s all out there now. There are some things we still have left to do with this project, but just don’t expect any new additions. We’re sailing on uncharted waters now, but this update should hopefully demonstrate that we have a firm idea of where we plan on going.
Our work on this game officially started in August of 2020. Over the course of the following four years, we released the game on Newgrounds in a much smaller form, then we launched it on Steam with close to triple the content of the original, and then we launched six free content updates for the game. I don't think any of us expected us to stick with Dead Estate for as long as we did, but I can happily say that none of us regret the time we devoted to making it happen. Thanks again for joining us throughout all of Dead Estate’s development, we hope you’ll join us again for our next game!

Picayune Dreams, a bullet heaven + bullet hell surrealist action fantasy Schism, an incredibly deep gun-modding bullet hell RPG that takes inspirations from both traditional and action roguelikes.
CROAK CRUSADER
The Milkbar Lads and myself first connected over Newgrounds. A site I've always considered my home on the internet. So it should come as no surprise that I've continued to work from Newgrounds-borne talent!
Croak Crusader: Spawn of the Spore Spectre is a grapple-based action platformer, and will be released entirely for free! Coming from Tunaware, you can play the demo on Steam today! Be sure to add it to your Wishlist so you don't miss out on the full release.
And on a more personal note. Thank you all so much!! Dead Estate was the first game published by 2 Left Thumbs. That joint risk between the Milkbar Lads and myself paved the way for this entire publishing enterprise. Being able to pay that forward, supporting more and more indie devs, has been an absolute dream!
My heart goes out to this team who have poured everything into Dead Estate, Newgrounds where it all started, and to all the fans who have allowed us to support this game for all these years. We hope you have an absolute blast playing, and that our story inspires a new generation of devs.

Update #6 will release on October 28th!
Hey everyone, this is Jack! After about a year of work on this update, we're pleased to announce that we'll finally be able to share it with all of you on October 28th!
The Goodnight Update is gonna be the final content update we release for Dead Estate EVER, so we really wanted to take some time and go all-out on this one. We ended up working on this update for almost as long as the game's initial Steam release and we ended up with a lot of content. I know it's been a while since Assignment Anya came out, so at least a few of you are probably eager to find out what, exactly, is in this update.
In short, Goodnight includes four new full-size levels (three of which make up a new ending route), 70 new items, 31 new weapons, a new set of costumes, 10 new challenges, mutations for Chunks (you'll find out what this means when you play a looped or hard mode run), and a lot of other small additions and adjustments. I'm hesitant to share many screenshots or footage of the update since I want to keep as much of it as a surprise as possible.
It feels a little melancholy finally moving on from this project once this update is out, but it's been a great four years and we're ready to finally start working on some new games. We hope you enjoy the new update!
Steam Summer Sale 2024
The annual Steam Summer Sale is here!!
Thousands of games are on sale across Steam, including a 50% discount on Dead Estate! Consider grabbing the game bundled with 5 other unique and very positively received roguelikes for additional savings (or scope out one of the other bundles offered this sale).
The entire 2 Left Thumbs publishing catalog is on sale. Be sure to browser that selection to see what other quality games might tickle your fancy.
UPDATE?
We don't have much to share at this time for Update 6 since last month's post. Progress has been steady, and things are really coming together!
I will however reiterate yet again. We've saved the BIGGEST and BEST for last!
COMING SOON
A new roguelike published by 2 Left Thumbs is coming soon!
Keep an eye out for Gorgon Shield, from the creator of Swords and Sandals. It is a party-based RPG, arcade, roguelike. And I can guarantee you haven't played another quite like it!
There is large demo for you to play around in. And please be sure to add it to your Wishlist!
Update #6 status! (AKA first update on the final update)
It's been almost five months since Assignment Anya now and I'm sure that at least a few of you are wondering what the status is on the final update which we first promised in August of 2022. Originally, we gave that update an estimated release period of summer 2023, which we've obviously blown waaaay past now due to how much the previous update ballooned in size. Finally, we're prepared to share some info about this long-delayed update.
I'm not going to offer an exact release date for the update as I think that'd be jumping the gun, but I CAN say that at the moment, our work on the update is somewhere between halfway and two-thirds of the way complete. We're closer to being finished than not. The college semester also just wrapped up and I'm graduated now (yippee) so, being the game's sole programmer, I've got a lot more free time now and I'll be able to pick up the pace a little. If I had to guess, I'd say the update will release in late Q3 or early Q4. Nothing is set in stone, though.
I understand a lot of players wanted something more connected to the core game from the fifth update so I'm pleased to say that's been the main focus of the final update since conception. I don't want to get into extensive detail about what we're adding, but I believe that players are gonna be VERY happy when they finally find out and it'll answer some big questions that were raised back in the first couple updates. It's hard writing a post like this when I want so much of the update to stay a surprise, but I do feel like you all deserve to know where we're at -- I've kept everyone waiting for months, after all.
(Also, rest assured that this update is gonna be free for everyone who owns the game just like all the prior updates. We're not gonna switch to paid DLC just because of the substantial size of the update.)
Update aside, there's a couple other Dead Estate-related things we've been working on in the background. Some of those are things I won't be able to comment on until (probably a lot) later. One of those things, however, is Dead Estate Dressup 2! You can play it right now for free on Newgrounds!
RACK AND SLAY
Your friendly neighbourhood Publisher here, Graeme!
The next game from 2 Left Thumbs is the roguelike billiards-based dungeon crawler: Rack and Slay! The game will launch in just 2 weeks - and an extensive demo is available NOW.
Rack and Slay will launch for just $6 (before the planned launch discount!) So be sure to add it to your Wishlist so you don't miss out on a new banger roguelike!
Publisher Sale (Jan 19-22nd) || Up to 75% OFF
3 YEARS
A little over 3 years ago, I announced publicly that 2 Left Thumbs would be entering the indie game scene as a publisher, helping to bring Dead Estate to Steam! Never could I have guess what a smash hit this game would be.
Using that as a proper jumping off point, I worked hard to find promising new indies in need of some extra support. And as of today, there are 8 released titles in that catalog, with many more to come! It's my greatest privilege to be able to herald these great developers and their games, and to help them reach new audiences.
PUBLISHER SALE
To celebrate this amazing milestone, the entire 2 Left Thumbs catalog is discounted! Several games are running their deepest ever discounts, while Picayune Dreams is running it's first ever sale!
If you want to REALLY show your support, the Micro-Publisher Mega-Supporter Bundle offers ALL these games together with an additional25% off!!
If everything together is a bit much, I understand. There are a variety of bundles being run during this sale, designed to group together games I predict will have overlapping audiences.
Every bundle is a "Complete the bundle" style, meaning even if you own 1+ of the games, you can still buy the bundle for an additional discount without re-purchasing the game(s) you already own!!
This one is just a little patch to fix some stuff I missed in the big one that I posted earlier.
- Added an option to toggle v-sync on and off in the video settings menu. It's set to off by default (although it was enabled by default in the previous patch). - Fixed an issue where the game still wasn't displaying properly on ultra-widescreen displays.
Enabling v-sync should give you a small performance boost in most cases, although there are some hardware situations where it can actually worsen your performance. I enabled v-sync by default in the previous patch (and completely forgot to add an option to toggle it) and that seemed to cause issues for some people. If you experienced low framerates in the previous patch, this may have been the reason why.
Now it's disabled by default and you can toggle it on and off at your own discretion, so that mistake has been corrected. I'm away on vacation for the next week, so this will probably be the last patch for a little bit. Happy New Year!
Patch 1.6.1 change log
Fairly large patch, this should hopefully address a lot of the most common critiques with the latest content update :]
- Toilet items can no longer spawn from challenge room boxes. - The Toilet Paper item will no longer spawn during challenge runs. - Made the Portrait Demon’s hitbox slightly smaller. - Fixed a bug which caused the game to display incorrectly on non-16:9 displays. - Fixed a bug where only part of the item descriptions at Cordelia’s shop would be italicized. - Fixed an issue with music being permanently muted if you set your BGM volume to 0. - Fixed some crashes which would occur immediately after starting a game with a B or C costume selected. - Fixed some crashes that would occur seemingly randomly with no error message. This one was a real pain in the ass to figure out. - Fixed a crash which would sometimes occur upon defeating Cybil. - Fixed a small bug in which tutorial control prompts would be affected by lighting when they should be displayed above all lighting and shadows. - Fixed a freeze triggered whenever Chunks would spawn on a floor while Curse of the Ancient is enabled. - Fixed a freeze triggered by firing any weapon while holding Toxic Barrel with Curse of the Explosive enabled. - Fixed a bug where the signs on the balcony's text would appear incomplete after leaving and returning to the room.
- Assignment Anya
- Added small pouches which you can use to expand your inventory. There are three pouches total in the mansion, so you can have a maximum of 9 inventory slots by the end of the game. - You can now use health potions (and most consumable items) where you find them without having to add them to your inventory. - Added item boxes to the back patio, gallery, laundry room, and guest bedrooms. - Removed the item box from the northwest foyer room (there is already another item box literally two rooms away). - Changed Game Slime’s S-rank review on the score screen to mention a 1-hour completion time instead of 2 hours. - Significantly toned down the particle effects during the final Chunks chase. - Moved the chandelier in the north foyer room slightly because it obscured the camera before. - Added a tutorial prompt explaining that you must use cameras to save the game. - Added a one-time tutorial prompt to the save menu stating that Assignment Anya does not feature automatic saving. - Quitting Assignment Anya from the pause menu now asks you if you’re sure you want to quit. - You can now hold the fire button to fast-forward through the establishing shot cutscenes or press the pause button to skip them altogether. - Fixed a crash which would occur when you went back a room during the “Another World” segment. - Fixed a softlock where you would teleport into a white room at the end of the “Another World” segment. - Fixed a bug which allowed you to equip and unequip the zombie mask while in menus. - Fixed a softlock in the “Somebody’s Wardrobe” area caused by getting stuck behind some of the furniture. - Fixed a crash during the Chunks chase which would sometimes occur when entering new rooms. - Fixed a softlock caused by saving after the Chunks chase begins and reloading your file. - Fixed an error in which the tutorial prompt to open your inventory wouldn’t disappear after opening your inventory. - Fixed a bug in which curses could be enabled in Assignment Anya. - Fixed a bug which caused music to not play during the Chunks chase. - Fixed an issue in which the game would lag heavily during the final chase segment.
- The Gauntlet
- Removed a number of useless items from the spawn pool for this challenge, such as Map, The Globe, Rat Poison, etc,. - Cordelia no longer sells maps in this challenge. - Added additional time to most challenge boxes.
- Mutants
- Chunks now spawns much earlier in this challenge.
- The Great Depression
- Removed Tiny Wallet from the spawn pool for this challenge.
- Arcade Maniac
- Portrait Demons now spawn away from doorways and the player. - Portrait Demons now move at different speeds: the first one moves very slowly, the second will move a little faster, and the third will move quickly. - Added a big heart in the starting room. This is a one-time heal and it’s the only way to regain your health in this challenge.
- Items relating to secret/bonus floor elevators (such as Elevator Button, The Vault, and Toilet Paper) as well as Chaos Token have been removed from the spawn pools of all challenges. - Made some significant optimizations:
- Improved the way that the HUD minimap is drawn. - Changed the method that almost all outlined text is drawn for a more efficient one. - Overhauled the game's memory management.
Dead Estate's penultimate content update is finally out! Feels weird saying that after working on it for about nine months. In the time it took to complete this update, we could've made a whole 'nother game -- and that's pretty much exactly what we ended up doing with this update and then some. While Assignment Anya shares a lot of DNA with the main game, I think that most players will find it to be a VERY different experience from Dead Estate. I hope everyone enjoys Assignment Anya and all of the new challenge modes!
NEW STUFF, CHANGES, AND FIXES
Assignment Anya
A whole new campaign accessible from the get-go, inspired by classic survival horror games and set prior to the events of the main game. Play as Anya, a fledgling actress who finds herself helplessly lost in the mansion after her film crew is attacked by the undead. Abandoned by her leading man and left alone with nothing but a mask to disguise herself with, Anya must escape the increasingly warped and deadly estate all on her own.
(Takes roughly 2-4 hours on first attempts)
Challenges
In addition to the update's main attraction, we also added eleven (twelve, counting Assignment Anya) brand new challenge modes to the game! Each challenge requires you to use a different character and work around a unique gimmick, usually including a set of items given to you at the start of the run. I won't go into detail about each individual challenge here, but they're accessible once you've cleared the game as both Jules and Jeff, so get that done if you haven't!
12 new curses
This update also includes twelve new curses that are applicable to EVERY character in the game! Each new curse is unlocked by completing a corresponding challenge. Again, not gonna list each individual one, but have fun unlocking them and potentially breaking the game by using all twelve at once!
Small additions, balance changes, and adjustments
- Killed the weapon swap/no reload exploit. Sorry, speedrunners. If you wanna continue using this exploit for speedruns or anything, a separate Steam branch has been made which will permanently be on version 1.5. You can access this branch under the beta section of the game’s Steam properties. - Level generation
- Made some internal changes that should significantly speed up level generation. - Certain rooms can now spawn adjacent to each other: treasure rooms, weapon rooms, secret rooms, key rooms, and teleport crystal rooms.
- Golden Mask
- Added a short period of time to the Golden Mask’s grounded state where it’s guaranteed to stay down. - Golden Mask now attacks faster, with its attack speed increasing as the fight progresses.
- Completely overhauled the game’s text rendering system. This might’ve introduced a fair number of potential visual bugs, so if you spot anything strange about the text in-game lemme know!! - Updated the text in Cordelia’s normal ending. - Updated some art in Cordelia’s intro cutscene. - Updated the third title screen artwork. - Added some missing tracks to the music player. - Added Axel’s unique bedroom on floor 2. - Increased poison effect tick rate from once every 30 frames to once every 25 frames - Increased poison effect damage by ~15% - Buffed the following weapons:
- Paddleball: increased damage by ~50%. - Tennis Ball: increased damage by ~50%. - Basketball: increased damage by ~20%. - Pogo Stick: increased damage by ~50% + increased range + now destroys projectiles when jumped on. - Billiard Ball: increased damage by ~20%. - Poison Apple: increased damage by ~15%. - Bowling Ball: increased shot speed by ~20% + increased damage by ~6%. - Pepper Spray: increased fire rate by ~20%. - Poison Potions: increased damage by ~15%. - Thumbtacks: increased damage by ~20% + increased lifespan by a second. - Green Candle: increased damage by ~20%. - Blue Candle: increased damage by ~20%. - Magnet Staff: increased damage by ~15% + increased shot speed by ~10% + increased pulling power. - Rotten Tomato: increased damage by ~10% + now poisons enemies. - Chest Scaffolding: increased damage by ~20% - Rhetoric Staff: increased damage by ~10% + increased shot speed by ~10% + increased fire rate by ~15%. - Bone: increased fire rate by ~15% + increased ammo count by 50 + increased damage by ~10%. - Marching Drum: increased beat bonus + increased damage by ~15%. - Blood Staff: increased damage by ~25%. - Wind Staff: increased push force by ~25% + increased damage by ~20% - Quacks: increased shot speed by ~20% + increased damage by ~20% - Trumpet: increased fire rate by ~25% - Bomb: increased damage by ~25% - Broom: increased shot speed by ~25% + increased damage by ~15%
WHAT'S NEXT?
I originally planned to have the final update out by now and I wanted Assignment Anya out back in July. Five months later, you can see how that went. Work on the final update has been underway for about a month now (on my part, at least), and while I can't say with any amount of certainty when that update is gonna be out (beyond sometime in 2024), I can say that it's without a doubt the update I've been most excited to work on, and that it'll definitely require the most work out of any of these updates.
Just look at this list of stuff we gotta get done!!
That doesn't necessarily mean that it will take as long to make update #6 as it did to make this update, as I think I'll have more free time than before in the coming months (although I am gonna be going into my final semester of college), but we'll see. Regardless, it's gonna be out next year and I'm really giddy to finally be making all these ideas we've had into a reality. I'm even more excited for what we're gonna do after that, but I'll save talking about that for later. Probably a lot later. Thanks for reading all this stuff, enjoy the update!
- Jack
Update #5: Coming Dec 21st!
Assignment Anya
We've been teasing Update 5 for a long while now. But we finally have a release date! It will launch as a FREE update on December 21st! We've talked about it a fewtimes already, so we won't be sharing many more details at this time.
Mark your calendars, as we'll also be running a 50% OFF sale to coincide with this update!
I'm certain some of your have already noticed, but there will be 25 new Achievements to hunt for!
The Update name was changed from "Challenger" (which felt a little generic) to "Assignment Anya", which really underscores that this new side-campaign is biggest part of the update.
Update 6
It's far too soon to share details on what we've got planned for Update 6. But I think it's safe to assume it will take approximately as long to develop, test, and release as Assignment Anya did.
In the words of the Milkbar Lads, "We’re in for the long haul!!" It's wild to think how much this game as grown over the last few years already. I don't think anyone here thought it'd be remotely viable to continue supporting the game this long?! The love you've shown this team is absolutely what has afforded us this opportunity. And we really cannot thank you enough!!
Hopefully a big-ass final Update in 2024 pays at least a fraction of that love back <3

Looking for more roguelike action to sink your teeth into while you wait for Assignment Anya? Schism is an upcoming game published by 2 Left Thumbs, coming to Early Access this Monday (December 11th!)
Schism is a one-of-a-kind blend of both modern action roguelikes and traditional dungeon crawling roguelikes, with Ikaruga-inspired bullet hell, RPG-like stats and leveling, robust gun-modding, deity worship, and an overall difficulty that insists you get good.
I think it's something really special, and we want to keep the barrier of entry low! There is a large Free demo to try for yourself, and the game is starting at just $8.99!!
