Hello,Everyone I'm here to report you the long await "Dead Sea" current progress! how far we've come and what we really have in the game for in-coming big update.

- As we state before we working on the game like 90% done but for the last 10% why it's take so long? because it's the hardest part of all it, we re-design and re-work multiple times just to make a better story presentation for the game itself

- We saperate it as 5 episode/5 maps/5 story that will come later in future! So far in this incoming update would be EP1! We've done testing it to speed run our game to the end it tooks 4 hour to complete in non-linear mission objective gameplay with turn off all survival mode/enemy, But in actual gameplay it would take 6-7 hour long with all survival mode/enemy/weather and everything else you have to face and fight! you can't just speed run and there's no easy way to end it

- There's also side mission/mini-game contain with mystery content





- As we mention before you can save your progression on campfire which we put it on specific zone in each place, Also you can use campfire to fast-foward times at least 1 hour(in game) to plan your strategy

- Sand dunes slope effect on player's movement speed

- Various enemies/monsters/animals from small to big, living in each zone

- We have a very big plan to put a new hot-fixed/short update/side mission/many secret event in each weeks after release this incoming patch! It's all for the best experience to every player playing and discover Dead Sea world

- Bleeding, there's a chance player can be bleed if they takes damage from anything, Also there's is bandage and medkit that can heal and stop bleeding as well

- Climbing, player can now climbing object, cliff, ladder, rope to the higher ground, add more depth to the level of exploring

- More monsters/animals in each zone





- Flashlight are now drain the battery player need to be careful and stock flashlight battery that can be found around the zone

- Poison, There's dangerous radio-active area if player not careful enough they can be infected

- Optimization for a better perfromance/framerate

- All new user inferace




We all come very close to the new beginning please stay tuned for more and thanks everyone for your peteince we're surely put hell of a work as your reward to enjoy the game you've paid for, we still got a long way to go. Be certain we surely will fight to finish the job put it off Early Access as soon as we can that's the goal we must accomplish.

Hello Everyone, It’s time to come to the light, We are now almost done for all new update, now we polishing every corner of the game, fixing bug and glitch, AI and in-game environment we do everything as much as possible for the game to be play in functional and less issues. And here a “ final list “ about what will include in this whole new update.

- All new gameplay featured a little story telling , An current’s version on steam is going to delete forever and replace with all new gameplay standard to be the new base/basic for future version.
- Day and Night cycle directly effects to player, Player need to have guts and tactical, make a smart move in order to survive.
- Camp site/Safe zone separate around the place, this is something like bonfire from Dark Souls you can save your progress , rest and prepare yourself or collect and store items you have in here.
- Player can sleep in camp’s tent to fast forward time and make a strategy for self profits such as avoid the night/day or save an energy but this will cause player hungry when awakes.



- More dangerous at night, This Desert contain many mysterious things, At the day was not bad enough it’s feel even more haunted in the night also AI monster will be more aggressive as well.
- We give player an unlimited flashlight (for now) to help player travel in the dark.
- Item instructor language in English and Thai (more language in future)
- Dynamic gameplay fits with player styles how you want to play.
- Notes/Diary/Article all are contain many story/mysterious to be analyze.
- For a Main story mission and fighting mechanic are “not” going to be in this patch because we think it’s not ready yet. We have to develop more of it (We are truly sorry for that)
- All we can say that will be release in the end of December. We apologize for kept you waiting such a long time fills with disappointment.

Question & Answer Time!

Many people are curious what status we’re in now how we’re doing? and here we will answer all your question that asked us several time all at once.

Q: Where’s money form Indiegogo?
A: We’re failed to win a campaign so we didn’t get any money from it, Indiegogo return all money to all backer.

Q: What about money you got from selling the game on steam, Why don’t hire more dev huh?
A: Amount of money we’ve got are very low budget to hire someone, We even need to do side jobs to makes money, And to be clear we never used those money in our purpose, we used all of them to improve the game buying stuff such as system/blueprint/props (Mostly are from UE4 market place, it’s help us boosts up a lot!)

Q: Will Dead Sea going to have multiplayer or co-op mode?
A: We’d like too! but now we must finish and focus on singleplayer campaign to be good game before make multiplayer happen.

Q: I already own Dead Sea, Do I need to buy this thing again when the update come? ah god please NO!
A: No!, You don’t need to buy anything else, All update will be “free”! a foundation customer for our game you are the lucky one! You’ve got a very cheap price for all upcoming many more feature until the full game, After many more updates passed by we will increase the game’s price up just to thanks everyone who owns the game, who support us when it was a bad game, for a people who stand for us for a long time!

Q: How many dev do you have here?
A: To be honest the main dev just “ONE MAN” but we have some friend and brother to help us sometimes, The Other devs (2-4 people) are doing their side jobs to survive their life and we can understand that, it’s always happened on small indie teams, but they always come back to help when we need them just a rarely little time but it’s very grateful enough!

Q: Big question! The game is sh*t full of bugs it’s suck so much not playable at all, So why not take it down?
A: To be honest no excuse, It is our big mistake in life, we fail to communicate with publisher cause the game “leaked” sell before it was ready, And we did try reach every possible way to take it down! we contact publisher and they contact to steam but within hours it’s sell a thoundsand copies! It’s too far to go back so we let it sell then we got all the hates and its understandable ; (

After all it’s “OKAY” to be like this, because The game is on “Early Access stage” it’s meant to be un-finish and full of bugs anyway! Steam opens this EA thing for purpose that Dev can have budget from selling their idea prototypes of their game, Let gamers to help dev’s budget/suggestion/idea for the game they demand, and Dev’s must do as they promise as the player watns, sometime they fail sometimes they delivered,

FOR US, WE WILL NOT FAIL!

Today, We got some good news and like to share to everyone!
Dead Sea​'s new patch is almost ready like 80% ready!
We've been working on this around 6-7 months!
Yes!, We're still working on it even we have to stop from time to time but we keeps coming back, never left and never rest, even we always sound like a scum fishing or theft, In fact "WE ARE" just a lazy ass developers!!! Opssss ːsteammockingː (just kidding lol)

Very well, This month we're planing to release a "gameplay video" that show you all new feature in Dead Sea new patch before we do
that we'd like to announce what 80% done for now!

Q: What do we have now on new patch?
A: Dead Sea now got almost all of standard survival game system that it should be (for real) we're adding a lot more features that you can actually enjoy this time such as....
- Various type of enemy wandering around the map.
- Landmarks and memorable location that looks beautiful and scary at the same time.
- Time of Day: that affect to character status.
- Desolate desert environment and terrain.
- Character Status (Stamina,Health,Hungry,Thirsty,Infect etc..)
- Pick up object: player can now pickup object throwing it around or put them in inventory
- Inspect: player can now inspect the items zoom in/out, rotate around to find clue or put them inventory.
- Camping: player can now save their progress and build their own shelter to survive in this terrify desert, player can sleep to save energy (this also fast forward the time like skyrim,fallout) and also can make a barrier or walls around the camp to protect themself from any unexpected harm by using pick up object system to move object around.
- a lot more are coming.



Q: How this could be good than any other game in genre?
A: All of this features to be added to the game many from this will be difference than other game in genre because we're looking for change we really want Dead Sea to be something new and not repetitive and you'll see by yourself.

Q: What's up with 20% left undone progress?
A: 20% left progress to work on game story, fixing bugs, adding sounds, adjust graphics, zoning items and enemy.

Dead Sea Current Status.

Hello, everyone

After all this time It's such a shameful that I rarely taking care of community, with all things messing ,bashing me hard, everytime I read comment that people dissapointing and upset on us It's one of the most painful thing that ever happened to me. I can't even answer those question, I have no excuse for all i've done. because it's true "I AM" really be like what people said and I realize nothing could save us from that, My words aren't enough but My works will !

It's take 7 month with no any patch given to player.that made the game most likely dead for sure. and I can't let it be like this anymore. I manage to stop working this game for a while. and the reason is now I'm curently on the road to find "budget" and "Investor" I'm joning a lot of Kickstart project (in my country) I gather every information and knowledge to pitch on board and I'm sure I will win some of those. and I will be back with more employee so I will be able to working a lot faster! and fixing what it's broken.

I know our situation now is at the worst part and I didn't hesitate to act. My life is hanging on it, I bet my life for this. I stuggle to find a way to keep Dead Sea go on, to finish this job, finish my dreams.

I garuntee Dead Sea will never shutdown and someday it's will be worth every money you given, I promise It will.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Hello, Everyone
It's been quite a while since last update,sorry that we rarely answer on comunity because we were very busy making new content.

We alfraid we got some "bad news" that our situation rightnow there's only "two developers" working on the game. That's sad and here a "Good news" we won't give up on you!


We cut off some features to reduce the game scales. Due to a number of developers we had to do it, at least we're be able to speed up our works faster than ever.

We're heading to new direction bringing new story/quest/horror element to the game and with new combat system that will allow us to doing what we claim to be like a hardcore adventure styles games such as Shadow of the Colossus, Bloodbourne and Amnesia the Dark Decent.

We're accept our fault and listening all of sugestion. we took a lots of good note form you guys and we trying to getting it better!

Hello, Everyone
We must apologize for no news update in a while but now we're back and very cheerful to introduce a few of new feature
- Realtime Global Illumination Day/Night Cycle
- Realtime Natural Disaster (only Sandstorm for now)
- Realtime event directly affect to player













for the next patch still have a lot to working on, We can't confirm about release date yet. Thanks for all comment and all intresting quest feedback It's help us a lot!, We will keep update and let you know our progress.
