Yurukill: The Calumniation Games Original Soundtrack contains all 45 tracks featured in IzanagiGames' escape adventure and bullet hell shoot 'em up, Yurukill: The Calumniation Games, including background music and tracks featured in the game’s stage adaptation, Yurukill: The Calumniation Games the stage, starring Hiroki Ino.
This complete soundtrack also features two singles: the game's main theme, "Black Innocence," sung by Saori Hayami in character as Rina Azami; the ending theme, "Onore ni Hanamuke (A Parting Gift)," sung by Akari Kito in character as Izane Akegarasu, along with their respective karaoke and instrumental versions. The tracks were composed by Yuko Komiyama—known for her work as composer for the Monster Hunter series—and Tomomichi Takeoka, arranger for the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba TV series. The main and ending themes feature lyrics from Noriko Fujimoto.

Features character design from Hiro Kiyohara, known for his work on Valkyria Revolution, and a soundtrack from Yuko Komiyama, who worked on the Monster Hunter series. The shoot ‘em up elements were developed by veteran studio G.rev.
