New Playtest and Features!
Following the last playtest, we wanted to take on board all of your invaluable feedback and work on several gameplay improvements.
We know it's been a while since we shared an update, but we hope you'll agree that the wait has been totally worth it.
NTRODUCING ...
- ALL-NEW POWER UPS: There's eight brand new power ups to unleash, including Combo Seeker Missile, Fountain, Paint Balloon and Mine, each with their own powerful impact on your chances of match success. Check the video for a sneak peek.

- SINGLE-PLAYER CHALLENGES: Yes! We've basically added an entirely new experience. Hone your board skills in your own time against a number of challenges. Can you beat them all?
- NEW ABILITIES: You can now pull off wall-rides and manual tricks! This dramatically increases both the variety of combos you can pull off, as well as the tactics you can use across the maps, which brings us nicely onto ...
- NEW MAPS: We've added four completely new arenas to explore, each bringing new challenges and new opportunities to score big tricks. As well as the original island, each arena also has boost strips and power ups.
- MEDALS: You'll now earn rewards for great performance in multiplayer matches. Continue to improve your rank and in the future you'll be able to unlock valuable items ...
- BETTER COMPETITIVE MATCHMAKING: Get into matches even quicker. If you have a few moments between the wait, you can jump into the single player challenge mode and you'll automatically start your match when ready.

During May, we will run a new alpha playtest and we want YOU to participate. That's right, you could get to play and help us shape the future of the game!
If you haven't already applied for the Decksplash playtest, you simply need to sign up right here. If you've already taken part in a previous playtest, there's no need to re-apply and we'll be in touch again soon to let you know the date.

Alpha 2.0 and Greenmen in London!
In the top video we talk about all of the new features and improvements that we've made for the latest Alpha Playtest! We also talk about how you can get access to the Alpha and what your feedback means for the game, moving forward!
Here at Bossa, we make games based on games that we love to play. Decksplash draws influences from some of our favourite titles such as - Jet Set Radio, OlliOlli, Rocket League, Tony Hawk’s, Splatoon, Sunset Overdrive and Crazy Taxi.
Decksplash is a fast and frantic arcade multiplayer game with skateboards, coming soon to Steam Early Access.
Team up and take on your opponents in snappy 3 vs 3 arcade-multiplayer turf-war action. Spin, grind and splash your deck as you battle your opponents to cover the arena with your paint. If your team’s paint has covered more of the arena’s territory by the end of the match than your opponents, you’ve won!
Decksplash gets you straight into the action but you will need to practise your moves and hone your technique to achieve the highest scoring combos. Beneath those cheeky deck designs there is deeper gameplay to be mastered!
This is just the beginning for Decksplash, we have big plans and want to deliver the best game we possibly can with your help.
