Update 1.06

HELLO EVERYONE!

Just dropping by to say that we have made 2 small fixes to the game, check 'em out:

FIXES:

- Pirate's Nest = some contaminated creatures were unable to be found, now they should be "happily" roaming around the location.
- New Game = you guys have reported an issue when you want to start a New Game, should be good now.

A short, but sweet update. We hope you are enjoying the game and these updates we are working so hard for :)

If you guys notice a bug or glitch, please do not hesitate to create a thread in the Steam discussions or you can also send an e-mail to: support@jujubee.pl

Thank you and see you next time!

Update 1.05 (+New Content!)

HELLO EVERYONE!

Welcome to this Tuesday's update which is indeed a big one!

We would like to begin to thank you all for your tremendous feedback, now our game is that much better! Your contribution is amazing! :)

Before we dive in, we would like to inform you guys that we have added 2 free DLCs - the entire soundtrack composed by Adam Skorupa and a set of breathtaking wallpapers featuring the game’s diving locations. Neato!

Alright, update 1.05 brings a lot to the table, so let's begin:

Added:

- a new hidden area on Dragon's Den = we won't spoil anything, you have to find it for yourself!
- the option to disable predators (and other hazards) = we hear you! No more pesky predators on your exploration voyage! When you start a location, simply press ESC and the options will be there.
- a brand new Spectator Mode = simply put, no more worries about the oxygen level, flashlight running out, or taking any kinds of damage. You cannot pick up items in this mode though!
- ROV new screen information = speed meter, water temperature meter, an indicator of how many items are in the area to collect, also, ROV will now highlight items that you can pick up.
- Scanner = now it has the ability to maintain its highlighted creatures even through walls, wrecks, plants, and other things.

Fixes:

- Dragon's Den's = the gong will now sound properly.
- Misty Lagoon = sea urchins will now remain on the ground and we've fixed a fishing net not working properly.
- Pirate's Nest = some rock issues.
- Steam Cloud = the community informed us that there were some problems, should be good now.
- first video skip = you should be able to skip the video now.
- minor optimization = the game should run a bit smoother now on some PCs.
- GUI = we've fixed some major and minor things in these languages: Chinese, Korean, Japanese.

Whew! That's what we've got for you this Tuesday. Let us know if you like this update, especially since now you can disable those over-aggressive predators.

Oh! And don't forget to let us know about any bugs or issues you have encountered during your playthroughs. Please report them in the Steam discussions or send us an e-mail to: support@jujubee.pl

Thank you for your support! Let's keep an eye out for our environment!

Until next time!

PS. Yes! We are working on the VR support ;)

Update 1.04

HELLO EVERYONE!

Hello and welcome to the very first patch notes of our underwater game where we post things fixed, things added, things removed (hopefully not a lot) & things changed. We've got some interesting adjustments, but without further ado, here's what we have got for you:

Fixes:

- Frightful predators = the biggest change of the update! We've noticed and you have mentioned that predators (sharks, orcas) tend to be a little too aggressive which made them not challenging, but rather annoying. Now, shooting a predator with your Eco-Gun's single-charge mode (red light) will scare it off with just ONE shot. Oh, and the predator doesn't feel pain when hit by the blast... just wanted to be clear about this :)
- "flying" urchins = during your playthrough you may have encountered these sea creatures that decided to float around instead of being connected to the ground. They should be where they belong now.
- AlienFX = a couple of small light adjustments.
- soft shadows = also a couple of small adjustments, though you could expect a visual difference now.
- Deep Forest = we've made some optimization work in Deep Forest, so expect a much higher framerate in that location.
- improved optimization = pretty self-explanatory here, expect a higher framerate overall.
- New Game Plus = we've removed the Eco-Gun and Scanner from the tutorial.

Added:

- ROV - a small line has been added in its interface showing the tilt angle.

This is the 1.04 update, but we have been patching the game ever since the release. Why didn't we put the patch notes from the previous versions? Professor Adams said it was top secret information.

Can't argue with the guy ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Alrighty, expect more updates coming in, we listen to each and every comment, message, tweet and other forms of communication, so definitely let us know if there's something in the game that bothers you. If you happen to notice a bug or glitch, please create a thread in the Steam discussions or send an e-mail to support@jujubee.pl and we will take a closer look at it.

Let us know what do you think of the game by leaving a comment below! We would love to know your opinion and in the meantime, we will see you very, very soon!

Until next time!

We are working hard to deliver you a very immersive experience where we deeply encourage you to explore each and every corner of the world to find valuable objects. Exploring means you will be able to find hidden secrets as well, but they may be tricky to find.

For all of you interested in the weapon, it is our Eco-Gun: a healing pistol that, well, heals species who need your help. Helping makes people really happy, so they say :)

Greetings and Salutations!

Hello everyone!

Allow us to greet you in our very first Steam announcement of Deep Diving Simulator!

The oceans and seas are one of the most mysterious parts of our world filled with vivid sea life, uncharted territories, with old mysteries yet to be solved and new ones not even discovered. With Deep Diving Simulator, we want to invite you to a experience of what a professional diver has to face each and every day.

Our adventurous player will have to be aware of their oxygen level at all times. Additionally, players can’t forget that diving or resurfacing too quickly can lead to the dreaded decompression sickness, so going slow and steady would be highly recommended.

During your adventure you will visit breathtaking sites, explore sunken vessels, discover amazing species and most of all - you will help Professor Adams in his quest! You may even discover things that many have spend their entire lifetimes searching for!

You can expect us to hang around as we love engaging with the community, so we would be extremely grateful for participating in the Steam discussions. Introduce yourself and let us know what are your expectations as well as feel free to voice your opinion on things you would want to see in our game! We are always listening to the community! :)

Deep Diving Simulator is coming in May!

Until next time everyone, the next Dev Blog should be a bit longer than this one! :)
