Curse of the Serpent Lord Is Out Now!

Your journey continues into the harsh desert. The mighty warlock Oana has joined the party and it’s time to face the corrupted evil hiding in the sand-covered city of Izteria.

New Environment: Ronth Desert is a harsh environment and the corrupted evil that hides in the sand-covered city of Izteria is not to be taken lightly. Eight new levels have been added, three of which will be used in each play-through.

New Hero: the mighty warlock Oana joins the party together with her trusty astacat Cána. Level up your companion to become more powerful and use strong magic spells to lead your party to victory.

New Enemies: new dangers await you, including Ronthian scorpions, reptilian fighters, followers of Iztir and more.

New Boss: the giant serpent is considered the embodiment of the God Iztir itself, but is this... Hydra as it seems?

New Cards: use the array of powerful warlock spells such as Portal of Nózh, Guiding Light and Astral Strike. Two additional non-class bound cards have been added – Scroll of Tsunami and Scroll of Lightning, as well as a bunch of new potions and a potion stand.

New NPC: visit the Trader and he might exchange his goods for certain types of treasure.

There may be some issues with the new update and we want to let you all know that we’re working on fixes to be released next week. These are some of the bugs we’re working on fixes for:

  • Problem with the die being laggy, causing frame drops when throwing the die
  • Guiding Light sometimes freeze in place if a valid path to an undiscovered key bearer cannot be found
  • Fire Immunity Potion, Ice Immunity Potion and Adamant Potion can’t be used on Cána
  • Various graphical issues related to picking up board pieces
  • Various bugs with Cána's skin reverting to the level 1 skin when she is leveled up
  • Minion level not restoring to its original level when loading a saved game
  • Minion not following warlock through portals. A workaround until next week is to wait for the portal to despawn, at which point the minion will teleport to where the warlock is on their next turn.

Good luck out there, adventurers. You’re going to need it…

Upcoming Sorcerer Buff

We heard your feedback, and we will buff the Sorcerer in the next adventure, Curse of the Serpent Lord, coming June 16!

Zedokar will receive the following changes:

  • New card: Overcharge - Applies the status ‘overcharged’ that upgrades Zap to Lightning Bolt. Any enemy brave enough to melee attack him while overcharged will take 1 damage and get stunned.

  • New card: Lightning Bolt - When overcharged, Zap will be upgraded to Lightning Bolt. The attack deals more damage and bounces to several enemies, causing them to get stunned. This electric attack can also be combined with the wet state for even deadlier outcomes.

We hope you will enjoy this upcoming buff!

Demeo: PC Edition Pricing Information

Hello adventurers,

We're finally able to share in detail how the pricing and purchasing of the Demeo: PC Edition will work. In short, all VR users will get the PC version for free, and anyone who buys it will get access to both versions.

We cover all the details in this Q&A video, but you can also find all the information below.

[previewyoutube="0XIbOVj3B-c;full"]

Do I get the PC edition for free if I own the VR version?
Yes, if you own the game on VR, you’re getting the PC Edition for free. This is retroactive for all current owners and also applies to all future purchases. This also works in the opposite direction so if you buy the game on PC, you’re getting the VR Edition for free as well. It's one purchase, two editions.

How much is the game?
The game costs $29.99 USD.

What happens if I’m a Demeo adventurer on Steam?
If you already own the VR Edition when the PC Edition launches into Early Access on April 7, it will automatically be added to your Steam library. If you’re a first-time buyer of the PC Edition, the VR version will automatically be added to your Steam Library.

Does my progress sync on Steam?
Your progress is synced up – anything you’ve unlocked in the VR version will be unlocked on PC, and vice versa

What happens if I’m a Demeo adventurer on Meta?
Meta owners will be able to launch Demeo: PC Edition through the Oculus Rift app on Windows.
We appreciate that this may be a new experience for many players, and will provide a simple guide at launch to ensure a smooth installation experience.

Does my progress sync on Meta?
Your progress is synced up – anything you’ve unlocked in the VR version will be unlocked on PC, and vice versa.

Will there be cross-play?
Absolutely! No matter which version of Demeo you’re playing, you can play with your friends on their preferred platform and device. Demeo is already cross-play across all supported platforms. Adding in PC just brings more adventurers into the fun!

If I bought Demeo on Quest, can I get the PC version on Steam for free?
No, we will not be able to provide that, unfortunately.

If I bought the game on Meta and I then buy it on Steam, will my progress sync on all platforms?
Demeo supports shared progress only within the same platform ecosystem. If you purchase Demeo on a different platform, your progress will not be carried over.

Looking forward to seeing more adventurers joining us soon!
