Temple - Added French translation for "Create a new deck".

[Minor Update] Improving menu navigation and adding patch note inside the game
Feature
Improving main menu navigation, first element selected and selection on mouse over, up and down key should work nicely now.
Add synchronization on the in game patch notes, so you can access patch notes without leaving the game.
Improving game packaging configuration, so steam can make smarter content comparaison when patching the game.

Bug
Fix a bug where the player can't remove a spell from a dice.
Fix divers shaders bug.
Fix a bug where starting a game with a server already running was causing client to freeze.
Features
New water in Island map.
Add more details in loading bar.
Game should start quickly now.
Add indicator for auto saving.
Auto saving previous quest location.
Auto saving match stats into local save file (opponent, win or lose, timer).
Rework quality settings completly, player has now 3 quality settings available (Ultra, Balenced, Performance).
Compiling the game into shippable game now take way less time (from ~= 1h-45mn to ~= 15mn-7mn), this doesn't affect you directly but will be a huge + for us.
What's next
We want to focus on the stability and ergonomics of the game.
We will also start to work on the tutoriel.

Bug fixes
Screen was black when loading game packages at startup, their is now a splashscreen during the loading. Also audio loading has been added to the loading bar.
