All you need to do is: just play the game and slice some dinos!
In this patch 7 item drops were added:

Workshop and mod support Update!
This update is rolling out a base for workshop support and foundation for various customizations for Dinosaur Hunt.
From the in-game menu you can install Uncle Joe AK47 skin:

In this patch you you can also add your own very custom AK47 skin, here is how to do it:
In the folder where the game is installed, next to executable there is a folder called ..._DATA, inside you will another folder called StreamingAssets.
If you copy an image file there and name it: ak47.png
It will be used as a skin for your AK47 in the game.
