Recently we’ve announced the upcoming MAJOR CHANGES. As you can remember, we’ve promised you a bunch of new content: CCTV, events marketing, energy supply changes and more.
We’re happy to announce that patch 1.2 is now live on Steam and these are all the changes! 🤩
What's new:
Night events
Every night will be packed with action! Be prepared because anything can happen and you’ll have to make tough calls in a blink of an eye! ⚠️
Marketing events
Make sure that every single night your club is full of people. Gain recognition and spread the word about your mind blowing parties with the new event marketing system! 📣
Dancers and dance stations
Sometimes all it takes is a spark to fill the dancefloor with guests! The new employee- dancer will show them the best moves using the new object- dance station! 💃
Slot machines
A little activity for all the party people who need a moment of rest. Slot machines- arcades known all around the world will undoubtedly make for a good additional activity in your clubs! 🎮
CCTV
With addition of the brand new CCTV system making sure that all the troublemakers will leave the club immediately has never been easier! 📹
Energy
The last bill for the energy left you speechless? You look for some way to spend less money? Check out the new energy management system where you can see and adjust how much power all the decorations and appliances need! 💡
Bar supply
A gentleman themed bar? A beer party? Any theme is now available for you. Manage the stock of alcohol available at the bar to make it match the party even more! 🍷 (Keep in mind that some guests may not like it when your bar is short of some particular drink)

- Money earned on slot machines - Added warning panel that during the day reminds of low supply or exceeded energy

- energy - when energy capacity is exceeded
- bar supply - when there are no supplies - Added new clients animations
- Increased number of songs that can be loaded
Bug Fixes and ballance changes:
- Increased alcohol prices in upgrades
- Grid no longer shows during the night in specific conditions
- Fixed prices and decoration potins for "Gijava" and "Jukjogli" speakers
- Disabled speakers particles while broken
- Fixed few clipping bugs
- Fixed a bug when sometimes light or laser was unable to move
- Fixed several german translations
- Increased base ticket price

First of all, we’d like to thank everyone for your feedback! ❤️ Thank you all! Since the release of the game, the amount of ideas you gave us was simply mind blowing. Influenced by your enthusiasm towards our game, we’d like to announce a huge content update! 💪 The upcoming changes are bound to make the gameplay even more satisfying so without further ado, let’s take a look at what’s to come! 🤩
Night events ❗
Sometimes unexpected events can really catch you off guard and force you to take an immediate action out of your comfort zone. Are you prepared to face whatever the night brings? 🤔
New employee - Dancer 💃
A brand new employee available to hire in your clubs! Hire dancers to boost your economy and meet the expectations of even the most needy customers. Watch out, those girls know how to move! 🔥
Marketing events 📣
Your events went without an echo? The people weren’t interested in visiting the club for the performance of your favorite DJ? With the new marketing tools you can make sure every single time the club will be FULL! 😎
New items - Slot machines 🎮
Some people like to gamble, or simply play some arcade. With help of the new machines you’ll grab the attention of these guests as well! Make sure that your club has something to offer for everyone and you’ll make the money come your way! 💰
New items - CCTV 🖥️
People think they can allow themselves to do more than it’s appropriate as soon as no one watches. With the help of CCTV you’ll be able to catch the instigators of problems and decrease the overall amount of incidents to make it through peacefully every single night! 🕺
Bar supply 🍷
A brand new branch to manage. 📝 You can manipulate your bar menu via supplies! Be careful not to run out of the booze in the middle of the night. It would be wise to offer a wider variety of alcohol to be able to meet everyone’s tastes. 🙂
Electricity ⚡
Neons, disco balls and tons of lighting… All of these do cost money so make sure not to overload your electricity supplies. Otherwise the bills will make even the toughest managers shed a tear. 😢

- Changed employess automatization upgrade (automatically assigning to incidents) from upgrade-4 to upgrade-2
- Fixed stucking clients bug
- Fixed a bug where moving stations with employess was not possible
- Fixed wrong display type on ticket in bouncer minigame
- Fixed "speed up" sound bug
- Adjusted coliders of employee stations to fit 2x2 room

Improvements
Hello Managers! 👋
We’re happy to see all of you in another devlog from Disco Simulator. 💃 To start things up, we’d love to share some great news with all of you. Our game has entered the final stage of production 🔥 and because of that, we’ve been spending a lot of our time on fixing any bugs we’ve found as well as introducing and improving quality of life aspects the game has to offer. 👍
What’s more, we’ve introduced some features that you- our community suggested! Let’s take a closer look at them, shall we? 👀
Automatic assignment of employees to the incidents 📝
You’ve been mentioning that having to manually assign the employees each time there is something happening is annoying so we’ve come up and introduced the solution! We hope that the game will be more satisfying with this improvement! 🙂
LED walls, more colors of the furniture 🎨
You’ve been pointing out that there are not enough customization elements in the game. We’ve added LED walls and more colors to make the first step in changing that!
Animated dancefloors, lights and particles
To make your clubs more dynamic, you’ve been suggesting that there should be more animated objects in them. We totally agree and today we can show you the fruits of our work in that aspect!
Save system
We’ve taken a closer look and fully introduced the save system to help you during your playthroughs.
DJ Minigame 🎶
The last novelty we’d like to show you is the DJ Mingame. It’s a pretty cool and straightforward minigame where you have to put together matching soundtracks. 🎵

Hello Disco Managers! 👋
We’re happy to have you back with us in the last devlog of 2023. 🔥 For this particular occasion we’ve prepared 5️⃣ exciting novelties! Let’s take a closer look! 🤩
Game advancement indicator 📈
We’ve added a tool to help you track your progress and have a hold on what improvements you’ll unlock next. The disco level indicator will help you tremendously, showing the overall advancement in your gameplay. 💃
Work assignments
To make the game’s UI more unified and at the same time give you even more freedom of managing your employees we’ve added a possibility to manually assign your employees to the individual jobs 📝 and merged the newly added menu with the already existing functionalities such as the line, selling/moving objects etc which resulted in the creation of a one versatile panel! 👍
New minigame- the bouncer 🎫
This new minigame happens at the entrance to your clubs. It checks if you’re attentive to details as to succeed you have to check a few different information on the ticket and an ID. Confirm the name, surname, age, expiration date of the ID and the date and name of the club on the ticket to make sure only the correct people enter your parties! ✋
Achievements! 🏆
We’re aware that part of our community is into challenges and conquering different goals during the gameplay. 🏅 That’s why we’ve decided to introduce some Steam Challenges which will hopefully meet your expectations and help you enjoy the gameplay even more! 💪
AI optimization 🧠
Thanks to your suggestions we’ve realized some issues with the way your guests used to behave and finally we’ve finished introducing changes to their decisions, pathing and actions. From now on they’ll choose their way more efficiently, taking the distance from their destination into consideration. We’re currently procuring tests with large scale clubs with the amount of guests counting in hundreds to make sure everything works as intended! 🙂 Last but not least, we’ve also added the display of the end of the night summary. Please, take a look. 🔎
