1 Red Button will appear every 6 minutes around or inside Villager houses, with a maximum of 10 present at once.
Found while fishing in the Peaceful Meadow and Dazzle Beach, 1 Blue Button can be obtained from a special pink and blue ripple in each biome. While these event fishing spots will respawn every 30 seconds, you may occasionally find Blue Buttons in regular white or blue ripples.

Purple Buttons can be crafted at a crafting station using Red and Blue Buttons you've previously collected.

Some Villagers will be counting on you to whip up something delicious! Each day, you’ll receive a quest from one of Scrooge McDuck, Ursula, WALL·E, Mickey Mouse, or Moana calling for some cupcake baking and delivering. Keep an eye out for your daily baking session to secure those Green Buttons!
Once you've collected enough Buttons, head to any crafting station to create charming Popcorn Buckets that are sure to add a touch of sweetness to your Valley. But that’s not all! Additional Disney Parks-inspired furniture will be available, so be sure to gather other crafting materials along the way – they just might come in handy.

Curiosity and Chaos in our latest in-game event!
Hey Valley Villagers!
Keep your head firmly on your shoulders and your wits about as things get curious and curiouser in-game with the start of a new event: Cheshire Chaos!
From May 7th, 2025 to May 20th, 2025, keep an eye out for Cheshire Cat’s shenanigans around your Valley and select Realms*.
Of course, you can’t expect Cheshire Cat to have a pattern for his machinations (other than stripes), so you’ll need to look out for a variety of Cheshire-fied things as the event rolls out. With 4 rewards to claim, you can track your event progression through the Event Menu in a new tab.
How to Participate
During the duration of the event, keep an out for things in your Valley and Realms* that are amiss – from pink cracks in the ground to pink paw prints. You’ll need to remove a number of Cheshire Cat’s touches to claim each reward from the event. Merlin will send you some mail in-game to help; but for more hints, see below:
Starting on May 7th, 2025, ‘Cheshire Cracks’ will appear in all Biomes of the Valley. 1 will appear every 15 minutes, with a maximum of 5 being present at once. Dig them up to spawn Memory Shards; once the memory is complete, claim your reward from the Event menu tab.
The Cheshire Cat is afoot… Starting on May 7th, 2025, look out for paw prints on a Realm Door… and inside that Realm! Paw prints in the Realm will spawn every 10 minutes, with a maximum of 5 being present at once. Remove 20 with your Royal Watering Can to claim a reward from the Event menu tab.
The Cheshire Cat is at it again. Starting on May 11th, 2025, head back to the Dream Castle to fix up another Realm, and claim another reward.
One more time’s the charm! Finally, starting on May 15th, 2025, free up one last Realm from Cheshire Cat’s chaos for a fourth reward.
*Please note that you will need to have unlocked Buzz and Woody from the Toy Story Realm, Nala and Simba from the Lion King Realm, and Jasmine and Aladdin from the Aladdin Realm as Villagers to participate in all Realm activities of the Cheshire Chaos in-game event.

Longer days, blooming flowers, and… eggs? It’s time to celebrate Spring with the return of the Eggstravaganza in-game event!
[WIP Eggstravaganza Marketing Video]
From April 2nd, 2025, to April 22nd, 2025, search your Valley for a variety of colorful eggs to cook and craft with to unlock exclusive rewards. While Wild Spring Eggs, Spring V-EGG-etables, and Egg-cellent fruit from Egg Fruit bushes can be found in your Valleys, you’ll need to step into a few Realms to locate a new type of Egg this season.
How to Participate
Egg-hunting requires good observation skills, so stay on the lookout for these pastel prizes:
Found in the Valley Plaza, 3 Egg Fruit bushes will appear during the event period, each granting 3 Egg-cellent Fruit every 30 minutes.
Wild Spring Eggs will appear regularly every 30 minutes across all Valley Biomes – with a maximum of 10 present at once.
Think you’ve checked everywhere? Think again! New this year, head into the Moana, Toy Story, Lion King, Beauty and Beast, and Mulan Realms – where you can expect to find a Purple Egg every 5 minutes. A maximum of 10 will be present at once across all Realms.
Be sure to also check in daily and weekly with WALL·E, who will share fun quests to help you collect useful event materials. Looking to relax after all that egg-hunting? Try crafting, cooking, and decorating with seasonal items and recipes - your egg-forts will contribute to seasonal Dreamlight Duties – netting you even more surprises!
If you’ve already participated in past Eggstravaganza events, don’t forget to head into the Realms shared above to collect Purple Eggs. Take your haul over to the nearest Crafting Station to create 3 new seasonal items: a lovely Egg Hanging Chair, Egg-cellent Balloons, and Potted Spring Egg Trees – all sure to bring Spring’s charm to your Valley.
Happy egg-hunting, and see you in the Valley!
Spring into the Lucky You! Event
Hey Valley Villagers!
Spring has sprung in the Valley – bringing with it a brand new in-game event: Lucky You!
From March 10th, 2025 to March 17th, 2025, keep an eye out in all the Valley biomes for 3-leaf clovers. If you’re extra lucky, you may even stumble upon a 4-leaf clover!
While these clovers will appear occasionally in your Valleys every 5 minutes (or 90 minutes for the 4-leaf variant), expect to see green on March 17th when the odds of finding 4-leaf clovers increase.
Of course, collecting all these clovers comes with a reward! Once you’ve obtained a couple of each, head over to your Crafting Station to add some color (other than green!) to your Valley with the End of the Rainbow Cauldron.
Lastly, check out the new Achievement in your Dreamlight Duties menu to complete – netting you another reward.
Happy clover hunting!
Discover the Tales of Agrabah Update!
Hey Valley Villagers!
Disney Dreamlight Valley’s first update of 2025, “Tales of Agrabah”, is now LIVE on all platforms! Swap out your winter sweaters for cooler wear, don your most stylish... or sneakiest (more on this, later!) sneakers, and get ready to dive into a new Realm, welcome 2 new Villagers, and MORE!
A whole new Realm to explore!
Adventure awaits you in the Dream Castle behind the latest Realm Door – inspired by Disney’s Aladdin! Teleporting you to a market set in Agrabah, prepare your Avatar by dressing for the desert heat and… sandstorms?
Luckily for you, Jasmine is already on the case. Unfortunately for the market, a mysterious artifact has summoned strong winds that left unchecked will reduce everything to ruins! You’ll need to locate Aladdin in the Realm to uncover what he’s learned about the artifact – and through some clever use of your Royal Tools (and a little monkey-business), attempt to return things to normal. A familiar fabric friend will also lend you a hand, joining you as a companion once you leave the Realm!
Once you’ve ensured that the Realm has only sunny and storm-free days ahead, Aladdin and Jasmine will join your Valley as Villagers, with unique friendship questlines and splendid rewards. Jasmine will request your aid in rediscovering her memories of the Valley – culminating in taming some wishes gone wild!
Scrooge McDuck has an interesting task to welcome Aladdin to the Valley and test your own skills – break into his vault! With a new security system in place, work together on your sneaking skills to solve a new stealth gameplay mechanic.
If sneaking is too slow for you – don’t worry! Glide through the Valley in style by crafting your very own Dreamlight Tapestry with Aladdin through his questline!
Oasis Retreat Star Path
After a hard day unlocking a new Realm, chasing critters, and/or harvesting 100 pumpkins – kick back and relax with the Oasis Retreat Star Path!
With resort-inspired fashions, wicker décor, and a delightful capybara animal companion that exudes tranquility wherever it roams, create the oasis of your dreams! Bonus rewards also return – inclusive of a new wood and wicker House Dream Style.
Additional stock arrives in Scrooge McDuck’s Store this season, along with new optional content in weekly Premium Shop rotations. Saving your Moonstones, but don’t want to miss out on a deal? As of this update, you’ll be able to pin up to two non-owned bundles from the Premium Shop to purchase at a later date!
