DiveReal Update #4 🤟 Explore the whole world! 🌎🌍🌏
It’s L I V E ! You can now search and show your favorite places to other people. Explore places you never been before and locate yourself through your journey 🔥
Long time so see ! We are back with new features. One of the most awaited one: search cool places on a map. Let’s explore Iceland, Moscow, or your cozy house in the countryside of Oregon. Every place covered by Street View is now accessible within clicks.
So how do you access the whole world? Simply toggle tab, enter the place you’d like to visit in the search box or move the map and teleport in a random place!

4 new achievements have been added, and more to come.

DiveReal Update #3 🤟 3rd Intergalactic General Assembly
New features; two busy weeks, let's get started!
Two weeks ago we updated DiveReal with new controls, new places and a leaderboard mock-up that I did draw myself.. yes !! It was a nice surprise during our second Intergalactic General Assembly. Let's meet again on Monday 🔥

Finally ! I tortured our main dev to get the Steam Integration working 💪 You can now take screenshots with F12 and upload them to Steam!
The game will now launch without this weird windows console
Kilometers counter! Exercise in game… No I mean, see how many kilometers you’ve walked in-game
As usual, new cool places to discover 🌎🌍🌏

During this first Intergalactic Assembly, Joaquin and I got very nice feedbacks from you. Thank you!
Let’s recap everything that happened on Sunday. At first, no one showed up in time! 😂 Joaquin and I waited until two divers connected to DiveReal… Then, more people joined.
Yay we did it!
We started the journey and spoke a lot with you, about missing features and what could be done better. Finally, everyone got its mute and push to talk button in time!
The whole group decided to explore the newly added places. Some of them are amazing; the lava cave in Korea, Aladdin’s place in Disneyland (yes, yes!) the gorgeous Grande Ile Coquillage, lost in the Indian Ocean…

What a week! Two weeks ago Joaquin and I released DiveReal on Steam and had the chance to welcome more than 1500 divers!
I met several people from around the planet, -including "soviet russia"- that were excited and teleported from Paris, New York, to Singapore and many other amazing places 🌍🌏🌎
Join us and our friends this Sunday (07/01) for our first Intergalactic General Assembly!
Fired-up, ready to go! I’m eager to learn from YOU. We received a lot of feature requests in the first weeks of the release. I tried to torture our main dev to get them asap.
Including:
A less bitcoin mining feeling (😆), push to talk, a mute button. Done!
I also added new places featuring things you may have in Minecraft as well, such as lava, big rocks, Disneyland and a brand new beach in Singapore where our headquarters are located 🤟
In the meantime, Oculus broke DiveReal in VR by releasing a buggy update of the Rift runtime. We hope it gets fixed soon.

So yesss, we did it. DiveReal is on Steam and everyone can explore the real world with friends. But this is just the beginning, and you are our very first supporters throughout this journey!
We hope that you help us shape the future of DiveReal, by giving feedback and criticising (yes!) the game, challenging us with new feature requests and find glitches. Because early access also means glitches, do not hesitate to submit any bug you might encounter during your exploration.
