For everyone out there who's been struggling with the SCP-682 arc being blocked here:

The solution to this nasty bug has been found at last!
Apparently I was trying to move SCP-682 toward the window over the span of a split-second, but during that split-second I was also trying to scale her. Because of this a small fraction of players were having their dialogue crash.
HOWEVER!
I've had the fix confirmed by players in our Discord that they can now complete the SCP-682 route!
