*Please Note: "The Showbizz Cleaner" will utilize a "noire" post-process. It is only specific to this Case-File.

Last month's update launched with a contest. I am here to let you all know it is still going in case anyone has forgotten. Here are the details:

*What you will have to find:
-Located within Ministry X(Case-File: "It Came From Ministry X!"), there will be ONE HIDDEN GOLDEN SPACESHIP. It is small in size, approximately handheld such as a collectible figure.

*What you will have to do:
-You will need to post a single, clear screenshot of this golden spaceship and publish it publicly to the Community Hub.

*Whomever is the FIRST to publish their finding will win the contest.

*What you will receive:

The Pizazz Estates will be featured as a new 'exclusive location' for the upcoming Case-File; "The Showbizz Cleaner".

The April Update + CONTEST + More

Today, April 29th, Door To Door will be updated.

This update includes;
1.) New Case-File to play - "It Came From Ministry X!"
2.) New Location - "Ministry X"
3.) New Location - "Plutonium Pizza"
4.) +1 New "Playable Radio"
6.) Changed colors of the "FollowVision" Machine legend and generators for better visual clarification

7.) Added blocking volume behind "Elevator" from Upper Tulip Elevator to Reef Lounge to ensure player does not get stuck

8.) Widened button interaction radius for both "Charizmo Stations" and "History Machines", as well as decreased their interaction cool-downs

9.) Environmental Polish & Optimization

*Special thanks to user "Spade" for finding the elevator bug.

*Any fussy button interactions that have been reported are rare. For the users whom have experiences this, hopefully this update did something. Fixing this problem has not been a priority due to how rare the reports have been.

The Making Of Ministry X

The player by this point has heard of several Ministries by exploring the Lounge District. The farthest they've gone away from that has been Bixby's descent into the Department Of Interior Solutions in the Case-File; “FollowVision”. Interior Solutions is a much different environment, but something about it feels familiar because you are still in the Order. The Case-File; “It Came From Ministry X!” is going to drastically change what is expected of previous experience.

This will be the first time the player will leave the Ministry Of Order to explore an all new, most mysterious Ministry with an all new set of rules. Developing Ministry X is a challenge. There's new architectural bounds, set-pieces, music, art, etc that will feel very unfamiliar. Having this strangeness feel both tangible and in good company is something I am striving to tackle every day.

At this point, Ministry X has been finished being built. To keep things a surprise, I won't be sharing any photos of what it looks like. But I will definitely share some art, including a photo of a new discrete location within the Lounge District that will be a part of this new adventure.

I'm confident in saying that things are getting pleasantly interesting. The rules of Drawer 2 have begun being bent into something I look forward in sharing with you all with every new update.

I am very sorry for the delay for this update, but it was just not possible to fit into a single month. However, it is here now.

You "may" see some minor updates within the next few weeks that will include additional interaction as well as an additional Playable Radio to find. If not, they'll be included in the next major update.

Updates for Drawer 2 are going to be fewer and farther between as previously stated. It is in my best interest to have these new updates in as best quality as I possibly can.

Please let me know if you'd like for me to post a guide to all Playable Radios and Sam Melon machines.

February Update Postponed

Door To Door will not be getting a February update. Hold tight, this isn't bad news! Nothing terrible has happened, but only great things have. However, due to a complicating schedule, pushing the update for this month won't be possible.

This March, Door To Door will be getting a BIG update called “The Interactivity Update”. Something that I've been noting from players is their 'desire' to explore the Lounge District while on the case. While this option has always been there, there was never enough to interact with, to study from this interaction besides the History Machines and poster propaganda.

Here are the details that will cover the launch of Drawer 2:

1.)New Case-File to play “Follow-Vision”
2.)New explorable location; “Interior Solutions”
3.)Audio Diaries/Playable Radios to find
4.)Quick Interaction with simple, static NPC agents
6.)New robotic machine character to interact with; “Matter Fact with Sam Melon”(5 part series)
7.)Environmental polish and optimization

Drawer 2 will be integrated precisely the same as Drawer 1, meaning one case at a time. The game will work the same as it did just before. All that will be changing is simply update time-frames.

This update is important but still needs time, and it will not launch until it's ready. You will all of course be notified before it does. This update will also be exclusive to that numbered list. Since this was the focal-point of development, nothing else has been pushed to fit into it.

With all that being said, I think it's safe to say Drawer 2 is going to be a very interesting ride. What's in store may take a fair bit longer, but should also be worth the wait and keep things delightfully refreshing.
