I made another small patch fixing a couple of bugs:
- Icelus sometimes getting the player stuck.
- Crash during credits if the torch is used.

Just released a patch with a few quality of life improvements.
- "Continue" functionality (so you don't have to remember save codes if you don't want to).
- Main menu/quit functionality from the pause menu.
- Little indication in the main menu telling you passwords/continuing is not available when hardcore mode is on.
- Fix to teleportation circles where they wouldn't work sometimes.
