SIMPLIFIED CONTROLS
The controls for the game have been simplified to focus on gameplay rather than 'realism.' Ollies are immediate on button press and all tricks can be preformed while in the air. This means you can now do multiple kickflips during that big air without having to plan it out before hand. These are based on classic THPS buttons.
NEW TRICKS
Advanced grab tricks have been added to the diagonal directions. Like the advanced flip tricks these grabs are worth more points. The ability to hold out all grab tricks to rack up the points has also been added. Additionally, FAKIEs are also here. Switch stance before an Ollie to add a FAKIE multiplier to the combo.
PROGRESSION SYSTEM
The first phases of the new progression system have been put in place. The way it works is every level is a new spot. Complete all the challenges for each spot to unlock that spot in the Free Skate mode.
CODE REFACTORED
Most of the game has been rebuilt from the ground up. The code base has been refactored and optimized for better performance. Character animation controllers have also been cleaned up as well as audio optimization. Overall the lag spikes have been reduced a great deal.
QUALITY OF LIFE MOVEMENT
Push once and keep on rolling. Movement has been simplified to a constant speed and no longer will decay over time. This helps with timing jumps and grinds out while also not having to worry about pushing every five seconds.

-Graphics overhaul too. I had so many .pngs on the screen it was kind of ridiculous. Everything had its own layer, like even the noise pixels set at 5% opacity. Yea. its all precomposed now and running smooth. which is good. Your graphics card will think so too. Lots of UI polish too.
Sound loading should be a lot smooth now too. Its all been pushed back so it doesn't stall the main thread.
Character selection and level zones have gone away for now. The way the new systems works I had to start from scratch and rebuild from there. I am working on bringing them back. Can't keep Fox fox away forever...
