Q: Why can’t I receive the reward from World Boss 5?
A: You need to be VIP 3. If the boss hasn't been defeated at a given time, you can't get the reward from it.
Q: Which server should I enter after server merge?
A: You will be able to choose the same server as before.
Anniversary Event issue has been fixed
Because of a technical glitch some of you saw all rewards in '7 Days Recharge' as claimed. We fixed the issue and restarted the event at 3:30 am server time.
For those who made their 1st recharge after 3:30 am the event is going as usual.
Those who recharged between 00:00 and 03:30 didn't get their rewards ('Recharge 200 Balens today' reward) and will be compensated. Please submit a support ticket with an explanation of the problem, amount and time of recharge. Don't forget to give us your actual nickname and server.
You still can't claim Day 1 reward ('Completed 1 timed in a row'), but you will be able to claim it tomorrow, Day 2 reward the day after tomorrow, etc. Thus, you will not be able to claim Day 7 rewards. Don't worry, we will send you these rewards manually after the event is over. So feel free to participate in the event as you planned.
Also, the 'Double Rewards' event was affected. Players who completed Invaders couldn't claim the corresponding reward in the event. If you're one of these players, please submit a ticket to our support crew with an explanation of the problem, your actual nickname and server to receive the reward.

New server "Gilead'' is now open for everyone. Create a guild, win cross-server events and let your server be number one!
Here are some starting events for newcomers:
Recharge Rebate
Event duration: 7 days.
Purchase balens and claim precious rewards every day!
Players will get daily rewards for daily recharging. The set of rewards will be reset every day.
Continuous Recharge Reward
Event duration: 5 days.
Recharge 200 balens every day to get a strong mount!
Players will get 20 mount fragments for their first recharge every day and will receive a whole mount on Day 5.
The event becomes available when you reach lvl 30.
Level up
Event duration — 7 days
Level up as fast as you can and collect your prize for being the best of the best!
The number of rewards is limited so go on and be the first to claim yours!
Mount Strength
