Dragonward

A time for changes

Hi everyone.

First of all, I'd like to thank all of you who at some point had interest in playing Dragonward, thank you!

Even though not receiving significant updates in a long time, the game has been maintained and still works up to date. But with the announcement of a new RPG Maker (RPG Maker MZ), the engine behind Dragonward, it's unclear to me how long the old engine will be supported (last updated in 2018) and, therefore, I decided to stop working with RPG Maker MV.

Since the Steam release in 2018 the game didn't stand out well enough, having no significant sales in a long time. With that in mind, considering the previously stated engine deprecation, and some more problems that arrived with the pandemic, I decided it's time to retire Dragonward and focus on a brighter future.

In the next few days, the game should be removed from the Steam store and become unavailable for purchasing.

According to an agreement with Steam, the game will be retired by June 12th and become unavailable for purchasing.

It doesn't have web features and don't rely on servers or other external functions. The engine is based on NW.js, a web technology, so the customers who already own a license will be able to keep playing the game for the foreseeable future.

I appreciate your support.
Thanks for the understanding.

Version 1.10a Released

Hey guys!

I'm here to announce a small update.
As requested recently, I added a few Steam Achievements to Dragonward. This is the only change in this update. I know it's not much but there's one more thing.

The update was released yesterday, but I delayed this announcement due to an important fact: To celebrate the new feature, Dragonward will be on sale for 14 days starting now!

That's it!
I hope you enjoy the new achievements and also the price discount.

Have a beautiful day!
