To make life easier for you and me, I've posted a walkthrough to help you when you get stuck. It is very basic, so if you're still having trouble just let me know.
Sorry for everyone that experienced issues with this game on release! I didn't configure the settings properly on Steamworks, which bizarrely lets the game work fine through my Steam client but no one else's.
Anyway, should be alright now, however, if the issue still persists you may need to restart Steam, or worst case scenario clear your download cache by going to Steam->Preferences->Dowloads->Clear download Cache.
