Since the release date of Dread Templar's full version is getting close and Realms Deep 2022 sales are almost over, we will be increasing its price to that of a full game.
Beginning with September 22 (Thursday), the price will change to 19,99 USD / 19,99 EUR / 17,99 GBP.

Dread Templar 0.972a Hotfix
Dread Templar's Content Update 0.971 brings the Guardian Mode!
Dread Templar is on a roll again! This time he needs to protect a blue crystal and survive as long as possible. This special mode is called a Guardian Mode and below you can find all the information you might need along with the trailer:
Guardian Mode
Guardian Mode is a wave based, endless game mode. Protect the blue crystal in the center of the scene as long as you can! The rules are simple, if the blue crystal is destroyed or if you die, you lose.

Hints:
1. Your weapon upgrades, Blood Gems and Emblems obtained in Campaign Mode can be used in the same difficulty in the Guardian Mode.
2. Get points by killing demons and finishing a wave.
3. Purchasing power-ups and supplies can help against the demons coming out of the teleportation points.
Greatly increase the damage of all weapons
Summon a defender fight for you, defender will attack any enemy approaches the blue crystal.
Recover player's HP.
Restores the durability of the blue crystal

Dread Templar Content Update 7 is live!
Dread Templar is getting a new glow-up! The newest update brings and option to apply a filter on your screen, so the retro game will feel even more retro! Or not, it's only up to you which filter you're going to choose!
Full changelog:
Pixelate setting:
Players can now play the game with the pixelated retro-style by going to Options>Filter and ticking Pixelate On.
New Filter settings:
The latest build contains 5 filters on Options>Filter>Filters, the above mentioned pixelate setting affects all the filters except "Green Boy".

Controller Support:
- Added full controller support
Game balancing:
- Slightly speeding up the rate of E3M5 boss' attacks.

- Fixed bug that the previous weapon could not be stored by mouse scroll switching.

The 6th Content Update for Dread Templar is OUT NOW!
It's been a while since our titular Dread Templar finished off his last batch of enemies. Now is the time to hit the road (and many, MANY demonic abominations, of course!) again and progress in his story.
Lut us introduce the new Content Update which contains three new levels, one new weapon and three new enemy types and a new, menacing bossfight! Grab your katanas, stock up on ammo and make your way through the hordes of nightmarish foes. Give 'em HELL!

Dread Templar EA 6# Update 0.9.6 change log:

- 1 new weapon "Tri-rocket launcher" - it launches 3 small missiles, each missile will cause explosive damage in a small radius. The emblem "Fire Wasp" allows it to launch homing missiles, further enhancing its efficiency.
- Other adjustments - The level select mode is now using a new logic: After finishing a level, the next level will be shown on the level select panel (previously, players needed to actually start a new level to activate the button for it on the level select panel)
There is one apology we have to make - the original roadmap promised controller support to be implemented in this update. Unfortunately we have run into some issues and were not able to put it in the game in a state we would be comfortable with, and rather than postponing the whole update because of this, we decided to release the actual content and continue our work on this issue, and implement controller support at a later date. We hope you can forgive us, and will keep you posted.
