The Point settings part is now available in the game!

Parts:
- Transmissions have been removed
- Driving wheel toggle is in the wheel's parameters now
- A new part: Point settings (ability to add many headlights, change the friction of points, ability to disable collisions)
- The seat's headlight has been removed
- Hide the seat toggle is in the seats's parameters now
Editor:
- Deselecting parts with Shift + click.
- Q - set the camera's center of rotation to the highlighted point or part
- Alt + 0...9 - add the selected parts to the group. Ctrl + 0...9 select the group of parts.
- Tutorial update
Race:
- ability to start race in the sandbox mode with no engines or driving wheels
Bugs fix: Respawn when the seat has midpoint nodes
