Version 0.5 - Update
New bonus time survival map / mode added
This is still being worked on and you can expect changes to the map in future updates, but you can try it out now.
This mode will require a specific vehicle unlocked to play and currently can only be played via 1st person as it is still very much a work in progress.
Updated vehicle unlocks
The race car can now be unlocked if you complete the "Drive Switch Evade" game mode on Easy or Normal. Along with adding an unlock to Drive Evade Easy.
Fixed split screen audio
(Cash Grab Mode)
Previously audio was only picked up from player 1 or the close vicinity.
Audio improvements
Volume balance along with changes to audio loading transitions.
Music updated
Two new songs have been added to the in-game stages, which i think are better suited, replacing two existing songs. The two songs removed from the stages are being used in other parts of the game, one of them being used on the loading screens.
Each stage will now play a different song by default, as in stage 1 will default to song 1, stage 2 will default to song 2. You can always change the music at any time of course.
UI updated
"Stage 1" , "Stage 2" etc are now shown at the start to clearly show which stage you are on.
*New achievement added.
.....................................................................
One of the new songs added in this update is a rap created for the game.
Would you like to see more music like this added? if not, what would you prefer?

Partial Controller Support
Partial controller support has been implemented, this will work best for Drive Evade,Casual Mode and Split Screen. You could use a controller for the Drive Switch Evade mode, but with how the camera system works you would still need to use the keyboard for switching.
All menus will still require the use of mouse/keyboard.

*Shadow render bug, previously noticeable in casual mode has been fixed.
*Minor UI adjustments to car selection screen.

You can now play casual mode. This allows you to play through the same stages as the "Drive Switch Evade" and "Drive Evade" game modes.
However this mode as a single difficulty setting designed for the casual player, which uses a closer camera that actually follows the vehicle.
New - Behind The Wheel (Bonus Mode)
Get in the actual driver's seat and start evading!
New - Split Screen - Head to Head
This is still in the early stages. So I won't be officially stating it supports split screen until more content is added. But, you can try it out now!

This is setup for keyboard sharing with player 2 using the arrow keys.

What's next? - (0.1.2)
Hello everyone,
I thought i would let you all know what to expect for the next update. I am open to suggestions and you can check out the future content plans on the forum. So if you want to see something added sooner rather than later. Let me know!
Collision Update At the moment civilians will only 'crash' if they hit each other or hit you, the player. This will be updated so any direct collision with the police will also cause civilians to crash and stop moving, becoming an obstacle for you.
Unlockable Content I am also working on unlockable content which will make use of the unlockable vehicles in the game. Content is going to be continually added ofcourse, but for this content you will need to unlock the required vehicle first.(I know i haven't said what will be added, you will need to wait and see)
Thanks for checking out Drive Switch Evade!
Version 0.1.1 - Update
Police Navigation The police could crash into certain benchs and get stuck. This has now been fixed.
There was a small area which was previously inaccessable to police, but was accessable to the player. This has been fixed.
Lighting Updated Improved lighting across entire city due to a few objects having incorrect lighting, only a very minor problem. But this has been fixed.
City Object Placement Very minor changes to object placement within the city, along with additional fences, mainly to stop the player getting stuck behind buildings along the city edge.
*Adjustments to script start times to help prevent a small AI navigation bug.
*Grammar correction.
