Game changes
- Reworked lots of shooting internals, improving performance and removing some rare bugs related to shooting.
- Players now start with the PDW instead of the Sidearm pistol.
- Sidearm pistol removed from the game.
- Tachyon Lance damage and heat consumption slightly lowered.
- Minigun damage increased.
- Rocket Launcher explosion radius lowered by 25%.
- Combat Shotgun heat conspumption slightly increased.
- Light Machine Gun damage slightly lowered.
- Laser Rifle rate of fire increased.
- Plasma Carbine damage slightly increased.
- Pump-action Shotgun rate of fire increased.
- Submachine Gun damage slightly increased.
- PDW damage decreased.

Game changes
- Hopefully resolved the black graphics glitch that would sometimes occur.
- Forest Moon map now has the correct aiming cursor.

UI Changes
- Improved invite UI used in lobby.
- Updated some binding names under Controls settings.
- Updated buy menu to more clearly show what weapons you currently have and what weapons you can afford.
- Added pickup description text to the HUD.
- Added “Current / Max” amount display to pickups
Game changes
- Increased Credit Gain perk changed from 10% to 20% bonus.
- Improved overall simulation performance.
- Lowered price of PDW from 2000 to 1500 credits.
- Slightly lowered Arachnid damage.
- Made the initial waves easier to deal with.
- Stimpack stack size increased to 5.
- HE Grenade stack size increased to 5.
- Machine Gun Turret stack size increased to 2.
- Time between waves increased from 10 to 15 seconds.
- Updated Shield Battery visual effect.
- Added sound effect to when a player picks up an item.
- Added supply station to all maps. You will only be able to buy weapons while at the supply station in between creep waves.
Dropship Down is now live on the Steam Store!
Being launched in Early Access means that we'll be continously working on updating the game and adding in more content for you guys. To see our general thoughts about the Early Access model please look over the "Early Access Game" section on Dropship Downs Steam Store Page.
To celebrate the launch of Dropship Down we've decided to hold a Weapon Design Contest. To participate all you have to do is to post in the contest thread on our Steam Discussion Boards or email us at development@ff-games.com with your idea for a new weapon to add in Dropship Down. The three best weapon designs will have their weapons added into the game in a future patch and the people that submitted them will also recieve three steam keys each. There's no requirement to add anything in your submission other than text but the more work you put into your designs the better :)!
