We need help!
A few customers are reporting two significant problems.
1. Stuttering display
2. Bad hit detection

Both these issues can be a result of the game having low performance. We would really like to fix the issues but we aren't seeing them on our machines.

If you are seeing either of these issues, you would be doing us a huge favor if you provided us with more information.

To get the beta version of the game, log onto Steam, go to your library, right click on “Drunkn Bar Fight”. You should see a “Betas” tab. Click on it.

The password for the Beta is “GettingClose”. After you enter it, the new beta should be listed in the dropdown menu under "Select the beta you would like to opt into:

As soon as you select the "2barsalpha", the Steam client will start downloading the update.

Look for the whip and fire extinguisher in the Saloon.
Look for the mace in the Modern bar.
Look for the fireworks and champagne in the rooftop bar.
Drink 5 drinks very fast.

New build available 6/5
Multiplayer - Use the menu button on the left controller to bring up your cellphone to select a multiplayer game to play.

New weapons - We have added bats, bottles and a couple other surprises to use against your opponents.

Performance improved - We think we fixed the performance issue for now.

First Playable Version of Local Social - This feature isn't done yet but you can play against friends on the PC. Players can control the opponents in the bar using the keyboard or joypad. Press the "esc" key to try it out.

New build available
We just released a new build that should fix the performance issue and the multiplayer issue. Please post in the comments below if you are still having troubles.

Performance Issues? UPDATE - Please see bottom of post
A few players have reported that the game doesn't run as well in the latest release. We recently added new liquid shaders that might be causing the issue. We of course would like to fix the game in the next build but we want to make sure we identify the problem. So, if you noticed that the game doesn't run as well, you would be doing us a great favor if you could post information about your system here below in the comments. Or if you would prefer, please post them in our bug report: Bug reports

UPDATE!!!!
We have put a new "test build" up on Steam that swaps out the liquid shader if your fps drops below a certain threshold. Those that have had the performance issue, can you please download the new "test build" and test it for us. Please report success or failure in the comments below.

To get the "test build":
In Steam, go to your library.
Right click on Drunkn Bar Fight
Select Properties. You should see


Click the "Beta" tab. Type the access code into the textbox and hit "Check code".
"liquidshader" should now appear in the drop down menu above.
Select it and it should begin downloading.
