The language of the game is now automatically selected depending on the language settings in Steam (Properties / Language).

When you first start the game, now full screen mode is selected by default.
Reworked the dungeon scene in the initial menu, as it was too demanding for low-pc.
Reduced the radius and damage from the explosion of barrels.
Improved the visibility of the skill icon on the pick up object.
Slightly reduced the movement speed of the character and the speed of the projectiles, so that the effect of the improvements would be more noticeable.
The values of some improvements were balanced.
Added death of a character if you managed to jump out of the dungeon.

We will run a developer blog and talk about the features of Dungellion and plans for the development of the game. Today we take a closer look at the key features of the gameplay.
The basis of the game
Players fight in arenas - small dungeons with random generation. Equidistant from the players is a chest with the improvement. In addition to the chest, there are 3 types of barrels in the dungeon: breakable, exploding, unbreakable. From the broken barrels you can get an improvement (their number depends on the number of players in the arena), or coins and recovery potions. An explosive barrel will damage everyone in a radius, and other barrels will also be broken.
Rounds
The battle is divided into rounds. The winner is the last survivor.
The first round is in 1vs1 format. Players have a tactical choice:
fight for the chest,
try to find an improvement in barrels,
first of all defeat the opponent.
At the end of the battle, the winner will go to the second round, where he will fight with other winners.
The second round is in the same format, but 3 players participate. In the third and subsequent rounds will fight 4 players.
Fight, Improvements, and Synergy
The player can shoot in 4 directions and throw bombs. The character has a number of characteristics, such as damage, size of shells, their speed of flight and other parameters. Picking up an improvement, the characteristics of the character can be changed, or a special effect (active or passive) will be added.
Examples:
Increasing the health and size of the character, but reducing the speed.
Activated shield, temporarily reflecting all shots in the opposite direction.
When hit by an enemy or an obstacle, the projectile will split into 4 smaller ones.
Instead of the usual attack, you shoot bombs.
Now imagine what will happen if you combine the last two examples? Exactly! You shoot bombs that split into 4 new bombs. In Dungellion there will be many combinable improvements and skills.
