We have just announced Dungeon Dungeon! a few days ago, and it is great to see a lot of people showing interest.
You have probably read the description on the store page already. But here we want to show you more about the game and share some exciting screenshots and GIFs!
What to expect in Dungeon Dungeon!
Turn-based Combat
Dungeon Dungeon! features a unique turn-based combat system. You will be able to change the unit's orders to take turns. Utilize the effect of skills, passives and equipment to delay the enemies or hasten your companions to exploit the weakness of the enemies and protect your companions.
Furthermore, by combining with the combo system, you can create a rampage of attacks to crush the enemies, or save your team from a seemingly certain defeat.
Party-based RPG
At the Early Access Release, there will be 6 companions in the game, each with unique initial skill and passives. There will also be unique permanent perks for each of the companions for you to unlock. More companions are to come with the updates during the EA period.
By defeating enemies and completing quests, companions gain experiences to level up. You will be able to choose new skills, upgrade existing skills, increase attributes, and choose adventurer classes for your companions.
High Replayability
Having roguelike elements in the game, we aim to provide high replayability in Dungeon Dungeon!. Every playthrough will be different. You will encounter different enemies in different factions. You will have different skills to choose from. And naturally we would have a good variety of enemies, skills, equipment so that players would not get bored quickly.
With our unique combat system and the amount of skills and passives, there is a possibility for all kinds of different builds. We encourage you to try different play styles, different ways to develop companions and build your party.
What happens now till the EA release
Dungeon Dungeon! is very much still in development. We are focusing on adding more contents, balancing and bug fixing to ensure that players would have the best gameplay experience when the game is released. We are also looking into the possibility to participate in Steam Next Fest in February 2023 and have a demo for everyone to try there. More info will come in the future if this is going to happen, so stay tuned!
