Notice Regarding Epic Soul Refund
We would like to inform you that there was an issue where the Epic Souls refunded for some accounts relating to the DFO Hero Academy event abuse issue, were distributed incorrectly.
Please only receive one mail containing the Epic Souls as the rest will be retrieved. Please note that missent Epic Souls that have already been received will still be retrieved as well.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THE EPIC SOULS IF YOU HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED MULTIPLE COMPENSATION MAILS. The remaining Epic Souls will be retrieved on the JUL 27 maintenance.
We sincerely apologize for the confusion and any inconveniences that have been caused due to this issue.

Notice Regarding Event Abuse Weapon Deletion
As mentioned in our previous notice, although the standard procedure for abusing event features would be to enforce account bans, we acknowledge that some of the fault lay in the design and execution of the DFO Hero Academy event, and thus with ourselves. Accordingly, we would like to inform you of the following measures that will be implemented.
1. The following items/materials will be reissued for Adventurers whose weapons were deleted.
- Immaterial Essence: If your weapon imbued with Immaterial Essence was deleted, please send a ticket before the JUL 13 maintenance with details regarding your weapon. Submit a ticket: https://neople.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SENDING ADDITIONAL TICKETS IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SENT ONE REGARDING THE SAME MATTER PRIOR TO THIS NOTICE. TICKETS WILL BE REVIEWED IN THE ORDER THAT THEY ARE SUBMITTED.
- Epic Souls: 70% of all Epic Souls used to Transcend weapons that were deleted will be reissued on the JUL 13 maintenance.
2. As an apology for the frustration and emergency maintenance caused by the ambiguity of the DFO Hero Academy event design, as well as reimbursement for deleted Magic Enchants, we will be distributing high-grade Weapon Magic Beads to all users as an extra event reward in the near future. Please stay tuned for more information regarding this compensation.
3. Please note that the following items/materials will NOT be reissued
- Additional Reinforcement levels
- Kaleido Boxes
- Gold
- Deleted characters
4. Adventurers who have been found to have exploited the event will be blacklisted. Blacklisted users will face more severe sanctions if found to have abused/exploited the game in any way again in the future.
