We have released a client patch to fix the following issues.
An issue where the icons for the Bunny Bunny Arad 2nd Awakening Cutscene [Female Mage] and Bunny Bunny Arad 2nd Awakening Cutscene [Knight] are reversed.
An issue where Yang Ull's Twig would produce inaccurate results when equipped in the Equipment Simulator.
An issue where the tooltip for Character Name Change Ticket tooltip would show inaccurate information.
Please restart your client to apply the changes.

Dear DFO Adventurers,
We have released a client patch to fix the following issues.
An issue where the CERA Shop's Phantom City Package would cause the game to crash when viewing certain information.
An issue where tooltip text was shown incorrectly for the Phantom City Platinum Title Selection Box.
An issue where pop-up window text would be shown abnormally when creating Weapon Shapes with Weapons that were enhanced (Reinforcement, Enchants, etc).
An issue where the color palette for Dye previews in the CERA Shop was not being shown properly.
An issue where the text for Conversion would overflow in the Skill Window.

Please take note of the following confirmed issues. ▣ Issues - An issue where the game would crash for some characters that used the Starter Boost Capsule when starting combat simulation. when playing as specific characters. - An issue where the menu would not pop-up when clicking on names in the chat window. - An issue where text for a pop-up would not be shown when combining upgraded Cards. - An issue where the webpage link for the Honey Time in Sunken Depths event would not work properly. ※ These issues will be fixed shortly through a client patch.
- An issue where the text for Conversion would overflow in the Skill Window. - An issue where Neo Premium Plus Contract (3 Days) purchased from the CERA Shop with Gold previous to the MAR 18 update could not be activated. ※ These issues will be fixed during the APR 1 maintenance.

Notice Regarding Upcoming Character/Explorer Club Name Reset Event
Greetings Adventurers,
Please be informed of the following details regarding the reset of character/Explorer Club names for accounts with long-term inactivity.
▣ Reset Subjects
Explore Club: Explorer Club names of accounts with no character logins since 09:00, JAN 1, 2023 UTC.
Character: Character names of characters that have no logins since 09:00, JAN 1, 2023 UTC.
※ For Explorer Club names, those which have had their character enter Seria's Room will not be subject to the reset. ※ For character names, those who have entered Seria's Room will not be subject to the reset. (However, each individual character must enter to Seria's Room to be excluded from the reset.)
▣ Reset Schedule - Name securing period: Notices regarding Explorer Club and character login for names subject to being reset will be given via our homepage and within the game after the MAR 18, 2025 maintanence until before the APR 15, 2025 UTC maintenance. - Reset: Explorer Club and character names subject to the reset will be reset during the APR 15, 2025 UTC maintenance.
Explorer Club/Character Renaming Ticket will be issued through an event after the maintenance.
Names that have been reset can be created/changed starting at 01:00, APR 16, 2025 UTC.
※ A webpage through which you can search names that are scheduled to be reset will be available starting on MAR 18. ※ Accounts and characters whose names have been reset will be able to use a new name upon their first login after the APR 15 maintenance.
Additionally, character names will now be able to have special symbol characters included in them upon creation.
Currently, Character Rename Tickets already allow the use of these characters when creating character names.
However, special symbol characters cannot be used in character names when creating new characters currently.
This discrepancy will be fixed so character names can include special symbol characters upon character creation during the APR 15 maintenance.
