Here you can see a list of changes that are available right now:

• Removed In-App purchases, if you wish to enable them, you can do so from the Options menu
  
• Increased Daily Bonus for Gems from 1 to a random value between 1..3
  
• Renaming Heroes/Pets doesn't require Gems anymore, it's free
  
• Added an option to toggle fullscreen mode from Options menu
  
• Added an option to display keyboard shortcuts from Options menu
  
• Added new keyboard shortcuts LeftShift/LeftCtrl for LeftHandAttack and LeftAlt for RightHandAttack
