5 Month Progress
Here's some of the key changes we've made over the past few months:
- Balanced a ton of turrets, upgrades, and enemies - Streamlined levels design for more fluid progression - Improved battles to offer a more strategic experience - Removed redundant or tedious puzzles - Removed unnecessary dialogues for less interruption - Increased Dwerve's movement speed — several times! - Added a ton of more graphics and UX options - Added ability to move through your own turrets - Added selling upgrades back at full price - Added more health potions and armor drops - Added backtracking to collect missed keys - Added build preview to see where your turret will get built - Added recall preview to see which turret will get recalled - Added ability to skip dialogues and fast-forward cutscenes - Added exclamation particles to indicate battle triggers - Optimized the build size - Made all sneak sections optional - Fixed a gazillion bugs

Classic TD Mode!
Classic TD is a new upcoming game mode that has traditional tower defense gameplay. Build more and more turrets over time to defeat waves of enemies before they reach the objective. The game mode is currently in Beta testing but will be released as part of the main game in the coming weeks!

Fixed bug where default resolution was not set correctly
Fixed Nithing Realm checkpoint bug that caused level to start in broken state
Fixed Crystal Guardian getting stuck in a kick loop
Fixed mouse cursor not always showing when using mouse
Fixed getting stuck on grey screen if die after Kakaaw dies
Fixed checkpoints not saving progress if any enemy spawner was active
Fixed not being able to backtrack to certain keys or chests

Dwerve + Soundtrack
Enjoy the adventurous and emotional music of Dwerve composed by Mordi (Martin Lande). Dwerve (Original Soundtrack) features 30+ songs that highlight the whimsical lands, unforgettable characters, and exciting narrative points that the player experiences in the epic action-adventure RPG.
Just because Dwerve has launched does not mean our journey has ended. This is just the beginning! In addition to quality of life updates, we have some other cool stuff panned:
Boss Rush Mode
This game mode has you face off against each of the bosses with special conditions and modifiers. We're still exploring different options for how this game mode will function, but I'm sure you all will enjoy it.
World Map
Whether it's to unlock a chest you missed, complete an achievement, or visit the Hall of Heroes to read the Kickstarter backer quotes, the World Map will let you replay any level.
