[1229] Russian localization repair, handle adaptation
BUG fixes:
1.Fixed an issue where Russian language would not be displayed
2.fixed an issue that used commas instead of dots to represent decimal points in some areas, causing errors in reading configuration data
3.Fixed an issue where confirmation and cancellation of X and O had to be temporarily exchanged when PS4 controller was about to switch to English (see Optimization Adjustment 1 for details)
Optimization and adjustment:
1.now all PlayStation gamepads, whether 4th or 5th generation, are confirmed with X and cancelled with O, in order to comply with the uniform specification issue starting from PS5

3.Select Beta branch, input password ‘turkish202009’
4.Select the Turkish - turkish language test option
5.Update the game and check out the in-game language settings!
