“Ed-0: Zombie Uprising” Patch Notes Version 0.6.0
Hello,
Thank you for playing “Ed-0: Zombie Uprising” Early Access.
We have started distributing the latest update patch to add new elements, fix the following bugs, and improve the stability of the gameplay.
When this patch is applied, the version on the upper right of the title screen will be 0.6.0.
●Additional Elements:
- Added Ninja “Matoka” as a playable character
- Added new item “Dummy Doll”
- Added new item “Suzaku Charm”
- Added new item “Seiryu Charm”
- Added new item “Byakko Charm”
- Added new item “Genbu Charm”
- Added new item “Trap Disposal Talisman”
- Added new additional skill “Effectiveness +” to some of the Secret Arts Upgrade Manuals
- Added resuscitation effect by "Life Doll" and "Dummy Doll"
●Balance Adjustments:
- Modified so that number of completions for each quest will be recorded in Hokusai Studio
- Modified so that each time an enemy gets the same abnormal condition, the resistance will increase
- Modified the icons displayed on the mini-map
- Adjusted the behavior of some bosses and enemies
- Modified the pedestals of treasure boxes to be destructible
- Modified so that there will be a 3-minute time limit on enemy annihilation (Monster House) events
- Modified so that street vendor does not attack players at any times except when they steal items from the shop
- Adjusted item drops in some of the side-quests
- Adjusted the amount of money dropped by enemies
- Adjusted trading prices of items
- Modified so that the maximum Vitality does not fluctuate when equipping the "Drunkard Charm"
- Removed drunkenness prevention effect of the "Drunkard Charm”
- Added drunkenness prevention to the effect of the "Clearheaded Charm”
- Adjusted the damage notations that sometimes overlapped and were difficult to see
- Adjusted the effects of some charms
- Adjusted the balance of some side-quests
- Restored additional skill “Money Acquisition +” to some of the Secret Arts Upgrade Manuals
- Adjusted the initial movement speeds of Samurai and Sumo Wrestler
- Improved the appearance of dungeon shops
- Adjusted the overall combat balance
●Bug Fixing:
- Fixed some issues that could cause the game to crash
- Fixed a bug that sometime caused Sumo Wrestler to grab zombies and then leave them attached to their hands
- Fixed anomalous fall damage determination
- Fixed a bug in which the player could become inebriated and unable to act when activating ZEN mode during intoxication status
- Fixed an issue where changes to key configurations were not being saved at certain times
- Fixed the behavior of some bosses
- Fixed other minor bugs

Today, we would like to share some information with you.
-Did you know that "Yabuki Dolls" and "Slicing Tops" were assassination weapons!?
You already know that the "Assassin Charm" increases your Attack Power when you're unnoticed by enemies. But I believe you may have questions like, it only increases the power of assassination, right? or what good is it against hordes of enemies who are difficult to defeat without being noticed?
In fact, the effect of the "Assassin Charm" also applies to installation-type items such as "Slicing Tops" and "Yabuki Dolls." Therefore, by equipping this charm and throwing and placing items against enemies who are unaware of your presence can also produce tremendous firepower!
So I suggest you to equip multiple "Assassin Charms" and give it a try!
-Unexpected follow-up attack from Raiden's Secret Art "Hyper Shiko"
The other day, we introduced Raiden's volleyball-like spike jump attack after his Secret Art "Rising Slap" hits. This is due to the slam judgment at the start of Raiden's normal jump attack, but in fact, by adding the "Cancelable" skill to the "Hyper Shiko" which slightly floats the enemy, a {Hyper Shiko → Cancel → Low Spike} like the quick attack in volleyball can be established!
Other unexpected combo routes may be found depending on the situation and improvisation, such as the "jump-cancel-spike" by picking up a collapsing opponent with a normal attack.
-Glimpse of Ninja Production
Perfect defense (or parry) can be activated by pressing the guard button at the right moment. Instead of a normal parry that repels enemy's attack, Matoka's perfect defense will be a "transformational decoy jutsu" that leaves behind a wooden doll as a substitute and instantly disappears!
The Secret Art "Hayabusa Falcon" is a swift action of falsity and truth, which turns the enemy's eyes upward by leaping, and then slashes through the enemy with a blind rush before they even notice.
It's one of the Secret Arts of the ninja, taking advantage of the height.
The "Earth Jutsu," which embeds a magical mark in the ground and uses a blade of rock to pierce the enemy as they step into it. Depending on the amount of time it takes to accumulate, it's possible to set multiple "Earth Jutsu" at the same time, luring hordes of zombies into a trap, defeating them at once, or continuing the thrust in rapid succession!

・Secret Art “Exorcism” can force your Poisoned status on enemies.
・Secret Art “Katana Spirit” can increase your Attack Power, and by setting two of them, you can aim for a stacked effect increase.
・Strengthen the Secret Art “Hyper Slash” in a way that directly affects its firepower.
・Equip “Taster Charm” and you can counteract one of the negative effects of being Poisoned, namely the reduction of Attack Power.
・Equip “Poisoned Charm” and your Poisoned status will not be cured at any time.
・Equip “Butcher Charm” and it would aid against the other negative effect of being Poisoned, namely the Fullness reduction.
・Equip “Pursuit Charm” and bullets will be generated when an enemy is defeated which will attack the next target.

This works only on Raiden which makes this build very unique.
