We managed to eliminate 3 of the 8 reasons of server resets, that will not only stabilize them but also reduce the ping by around 50%.

-attack range for guns and bows has been greatly improved in pvp. We have added range penalty for damage to balance things out; (FM)

Issues with 0.2.3 client

We have received reports that some players encountered black screen after launching the game so we decided to roll back client to version 0.2.2 leaving only server updates. We will investigate issues with client and fix them as fast as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

The most important information after Edengrad's release

Mercenaries, Edengrad’s premiere was a big event for us and even though our debut took place only a few moments ago, we’re already receiving your messages concerning the game. We want to assure you that we’re examining all reports closely and taking into consideration all suggestions related to technical aspects. We’re continually polishing our product, so Edengrad works better every day and guarantees you the best gaming experience.

Below you can find our response to issues that concern you.

· FPS downturn – as you could see, there was a downturn, probably resulting from too high density of players after the release. Long story short, too many players appeared in one place at a time.

· Low FPS – as mentioned above, accumulation of entertainment-hungry mercenaries caused certain downturns. The good news is that a few hours after the premiere, we noticed a significant improvement.

· Optimization – an issue that concerns you a lot. We want to calm you down – we’re already working on the game’s optimization and every single patch will introduce some improvements. Changes will be visible both in specific aspects of the mechanics and in the whole game. We want to underline that full optimization is going to be implemented in Beta version, which, as you know, is a standard in our industry – most of productions is fully optimized by the end of Alpha or at the beginning of Beta phase. When it comes to Edengrad, a part of this process will be deployed soon. However, we ask you to be patient.

· Problem identification – the game’s release and making it available to a large number of players expedites this issue. At the moment we’re drawing up a plan which is going to be implemented during upcoming weeks. Thanks to your reports we’ll be able to identify encountered problems, as well as classify and prioritize them. It will make the whole process of client service more efficient and we’ll be able to help you faster.

· Priorities – our next steps include the improvement of game, servers and FPS’ stability.
