I'm excited to share some updates and improvements I've been working on.
Lobby System Message Update
I've added a new System Message in the Lobby for hosts who find themselves alone without new connections for a while. It's a reminder that not many players might currently be online, especially as ELVERA is still growing.
System Message Refactor
Some existing System Messages have been adjusted for clearer communication. I want to ensure every message is as helpful and understandable as possible.
Lobby UI Enhancements
To enhance the Lobby experience, new UI elements have been added to indicate when players are waiting for others to join.
Chat Input Bug Fixes
Addressed some tiny bugs related to Chat functionality, particularly how it interacts with keyboard and mouse inputs.
Basic Attack Input Modification
To prevent accidental Basic Attacks while interacting with UI elements, Basic Attacks have now been disabled when the cursor is visible. This means you'll need to hide your cursor (making it invisible) to perform Basic Attacks.

Hey all (again),
Just rolled out a another small patch for ELVERA.
Thundermute Ability Fix
I've fixed an issue with Voidsurge's Primary Ability, Thundermute. It now properly grants the intended 15% damage empower for the specified duration.
UI Fixes
Also tackled some minor UI glitches affecting Twinbytes Decoy Voting and the Early Match Start Voting system in the Lobby.

Hey everyone,
Dropping in with a quick hotfix for ELVERA.
Input Handling Hotfix
I fixed a bug where inputs were getting blocked for some players after they closed the Equipment Shop or Quick Menu. This issue, which persisted until the end of the match, should now be fixed.
Sorry for any trouble this caused, and thanks to everyone who brought it to my attention.

Mouse Sensitivity Adjustment
Improved the mouse sensitivity option. Now, you can adjust it using either a slider bar or numerical input, giving you more control.
Zenonite's Ultimate Ability Rework
Reworked Zenonite's Ultimate to auto-target the nearest enemy instead of manual cursor targeting. Shoutout to H3NB for the suggestion!

New update is here! I have heard your feedback and two most requested features are ready!
Mouse Sensitivity Option
Added mouse sensitivity adjustment. Range: 0.01 to 5.00. Settings outside this range will default to the nearest limit. Your setting saves and carries over between sessions, so no need to worry about setting it all over again.
Master Volume Slider
Introduced a master volume control. Like mouse sensitivity, this setting is saved and persists between game sessions to make your life easier.
Closing thoughts
Lastly, I would love to mention that ELVERA has reached 1,000 unique players as well as 25,000 downloads! Making a game that people enjoy was my dream, and seeing it come to life as my first Steam release has been amazing.

The guide features a demo video to visually walk you through ELVERA's core mechanics, how to find and join games, character selection, and more. This feature was a popular request, and I'm happy to make it happen.

Online Player Notification Tweak
I've updated the text that pops up about the potential lack of online players at the moment.
Main Menu Changes
The Visionary Vault is under renovation and has been temporarily removed from the Main Menu.
Singleplayer Mode
You'll spot a new button in the Main Menu called Singleplayer Mode. Finding players for a match can be tough in these early days without much marketing around the game. So, I'm happy to announce that I'm working on a Singleplayer Mode for ELVERA! I’m aiming to roll this out before the shift from Early Access to Full Release. Stay tuned for more!
Lobby & Matchmaking Clarifications
I've polished the texts for Lobby Creation and Searching to give you better live feedback on what's happening. I also swapped out the 'Match Found' Announcer Sound for a more subtle, beep-ish Notification Sound.

Victory Conditions Adjusted
I've shaved off another round needed for Match Victory—now you only need 5 rounds to win. This also means teams will switch sides one round earlier.
UI Enhancements
Added a tiny text tip on the main UI during matches to clearly display the number of rounds needed for victory.
System Messages Clean-Up
I’ve polished some System Messages to make their intentions clearer, ensuring that every prompt serves its true purpose.
Bows Damage Buff
After some reflection and player feedback, I've buffed the damage across all bows. They should now feel as powerful as their price tag suggests.

Hey all!
The grind don't stop! I have not slept for 24h and haven't eaten, but it is worth it! Let’s get straight to the point:
UI/Game Input Logic Overhaul
Cleaned up the logic that handles inputs between UI and Game to prevent those weird issues when multiple Interactable Widgets are on the screen at the same time.
Ability Balancing
Took a hard look at some abilities, and yes, Voidsurge’s Ultimate needed a nerf.
New System Chat Messages
Added a bunch of System Chat Messages to guide new players through their first match.
Pre-Round Extension
Heard the feedback about the Pre-Round phase being too short. It’s now 5 seconds longer, so you can catch your breath before diving in.
