Flyleap Studios Wrapping Up

Developing games has been full of ups and downs over the long years. Unfortunately in the past few years attempting to push on and work by myself in such a competitive field has generally not been good for me. With the reception of my recently games being unexpectedly poor, the income I have been getting from this line of work has stopped being reliable to pay my bills into the future. As such I have found a new career and decided to stop Flyleap Studios. This will mean that all our games will be taken off sale soon.
I apologize to anyone who may feel I have failed them and I extend my warm thanks to anyone has enjoyed my games.

Minor improvements


  • Improved character physics to now walk smoothly over road curbs etc.
  • Fixed issue preventing glass from cracking before breaking
  • Improved safe-house door controls
  • Improved accuracy of map icon
  • Added way-point for docks safe-house

  • Work in Progress: new area in northern Nira city

Move key rebinding and bugfixes


  • Added the movement keys to the control rebinding screen
  • Changed garage man dialog to mention that the car key needs to be picked up into player inventory
  • Fixed issue where loading save while inside a vehicle would treat player like they are still in a seat (unable to move)
  • Fixed various cases where restarting the game or failing to stop the runner in the game intro could cause issues on load or restart
  • Fixed a bug that would let people skip some of the intro quests by re-entering the car that taxis you to the NSEC station
  • Fixed a soft-lock where loading into a state between 'scanning near lucky fish' and 'return to NSEC' could leave us without the necessary target to progress

  • fixed physics engine settings causing car to shake
  • fixed many of the cases where failing the first task could prevent continuing the quest line
  • fixed new fugitives on game restart failing the game while in the intro text
  • fixed a terrain collision hole near tunnel entrance
  • added a brightness calibration to game startup
  • made car headlights turn on with car engine
  • fixed problem preventing the NVG/flashlight hint and the car headlights hint from ever appearing
  • fixed bug where game could save at location of piloted drone, causing player to load in air
  • fixed audio levels, brightness etc. not loading properly
  • make player flashlight brighter
  • added control panel to tank turret and improved ease of interaction
  • prevented phone ringing from persisting through loading or creation of new game
  • added map on M key
  • made compass objective pulse
  • added collisions to 'container house'
