Hello Survivors!

This hotfix should clear up a few of the recent reports, including a new time system, as well as a massive performance boost all around. The new systems and modifications will help optimization and long-term playthrough performance, and they shouldn't affect your save files at all. I have removed the save on exit system, and added a new confirmation menu on exiting/dropping out of the game. Most placeable objects will now activate build mode when used, allowing the player to position the item manually, and some storyline and tutorial dialogue has been modified. The AI update and input mapping should be coming soon! I always appreciate your feedback and bug reports, so please let me know if you find any new issues, along with any info I can use to recreate the issue on my end. Check out the hotfix changelog below for all the new changes and updates.

Still no luck trying to get the elusive movement bug to happen for me, so if you have any additional information about it, please let me know! It is starting to sound like some sort of hardware conflict, but I'm not giving up yet.

I've had to push back the key binding menu update for now, it works fairly well but the changes in the gameplay code will take some time. Other fixes and additions like the Enemy/NPC AI definitely needs some attention, as well as an expansion on the fishing system, a new time code system, ironman mode and a new challenge class for char creation, New game+, UI improvements, character models, and more are planned for future updates.

-Using collect trailer support option will now properly update the total food/medicine amounts to the caravan
-The Collect trailer support will now only collect 50% (+ Logistics bonus up to 100%) of the trailer goods to represent goods damaged during transportation with a low logistics level.
-Escape key was not properly closing menus while in a vehicle/mech
-Made a quick temporary fix for those experiencing the time stop issue, should now reset the time and date to April 1st if it becomes corrupt so that day/night still works properly
-Changed the "take all" key to E on keyboard to better match the gamepad buttons
-Changed the save slot information slightly, removed inspiration count and replaced with current vehicle
-Fixed gunfire audio for Shock mechs
-Changed the texture on the colony highway shoulders
-Updated controls screen with new controls
-Changed how pylon collision with vehicles work, should no longer flip vehicles
-Eye turrets on Demon towers will now summon meteors based on velocity instead of current location
-Fixed spiders not spawning at night during high threat levels

-Closing the inventory menu will now also close the take all confirm widget

Certain features are planned in the future such as mappable controls, more varied landscapes and buildings, and so on, but bug reports have to take priority.

Hotfix 0.864 Is now live, check out the changelog below for details.

Just in time for Valentine's day, update 0.863 is out and addresses some bug reports, smaller suggestions, and bugs I've noticed in a few streaming videos. With the influx of new players, there have been some great feedback and bug reports coming in. I'll do what I can to fix issues as soon as possible, and implement suggestions that fit in the scope of the game. If I don't get your ideas up, stick around, it may come in a future update!

There were a couple of pretty serious bugs that led to lost equipment and inventory. These should be fixed now, but as always, send me your bug reports and suggestions! I am one person, but I'll do what I can to get to your questions/suggestions/bugs as soon as possible. Thank you all for your support, I'm feelin' the love!

Hotfix 0.864
-Fixed an issue where purchasing Threat level reduction from colony leaders while below 10 would have no effect
-Possible fix to movement issue (sliding/invisible walls) A couple of hairstyles had a physics mesh connected, possibly causing movement issues on foot
-Changed all red health cross images and icons to a red heart, just to be on the safe side with the red cross copyright push
-P2 can no longer drop in while in a basement/transition. If player 1 enters a basement while p2 is selecting a character, they cannot start until p1 leaves the transition (dropping out p2 in a transition will bypass the exit save to avoid corruption)
-Fixed an issue where the Scrap Vehicles support option was not detecting wreckages
-Scrap Vehicles will now collect the proper amount of resources per vehicle in range
-Fixed Scrap Vehicles description
-Reduced survival xp gained from foraging
-Reduced value of healing herbs from 50 to 25
-More resources are acquired from dismantling wrecked vehicles with a screwdriver

Hello Survivors!

I just reached the "very positive" recent review milestone! I really appreciate the great feedback and support from all of you, it means the world to a small indie dev like me! I will look into your other suggestions for the next update, if have any more bug reports or feedback, let me know in the community forum.

This quick update focuses on a few bug reports from the community. I made some adjustments to the radio tracks, there were some errors in the controls screen that have been fixed, and the screwdriver activation code has been rewritten and should now work properly. Future updates should have more content/fixes unless some major bug is reported.

-Fixed screwdriver detection code, should now be able to easily detect objects in front of the character (sleeping bags/ tents, furniture, etc.)
-Fixed Controls, keyboard movement, rotate buildable left/right, and skills screen controls
-Lowered the company intro audio

I love watching these live streams, seeing the reactions, and hearing all about these experiences you share. I keep track of bugs I find in these videos as well, so it all helps. As always, I appreciate all of your feedback, bug reports, and suggestions, you have helped shape the game into what it is today. I will do what I can to fix any reported bugs as soon as possible, and I should be able to continue with regular updates shortly!

Update: As requested, Remote Play Together functionality has been added, but I do not currently have the means to test it out. If anyone has any technical issues or feedback regarding RPT, please let me know in the community reports!
