Speed up aiming: clicking the mouse while aiming speeds up the aiming rotation.

Hotkeys added:
T = thrusters (then space bar to confirm thruster value)
R = rotation (then space bar to confirm rotation value)
S = shields
L = lasers (then space bar to confirm laser aim)
I = ion (then space bar to confirm ion aim)
O = torpedo (then space bar to confirm torpedo aim)
C = scan
Right Arrow (hold) = speed up aiming
