Duplicate Mission Rewards & Abuse Sanctions
Hello everyone,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused today by the mission system.
We will be conducting a more thorough review of our internal systems and making improvements to ensure this does not happen again.

As previously announced, rewards obtained by repeatedly clearing certain missions will be recovered in stages.

If a bug or system vulnerability is severely exploited to gain an advantage without reporting it to the Customer Support Center, strong sanctions such as account suspension will be applied in accordance with our Rules of Conduct. While we take full responsibility for what occurred, we appreciate your understanding as these measures are needed to keep the game fair for everyone.

Notice on Resolution of Abnormalities in Personal Store and Quest Book
[p]Hello Lumia Island survivors,[/p][p]We deeply apologize for all the problems and issues that occurred on August 7th, such as the issue with Personal Store after 15:00 (UTC)[/p][p]Additionally, some missions could be repeatedly cleared, allowing mission rewards to be obtained earlier than intended.
Immediately after the issue was discovered, emergency measures were taken to prevent repeated clears.[/p][p]We have since completed the necessary adjustments, and all affected features are now functioning normally.
You can now access and use content such as the Personal Store and Quest Book as intended.[/p][p]As this was an emergency fix, we will conduct more thorough monitoring to ensure similar issues do not occur again.[/p][p]Additionally, rewards obtained through repeated clears will be retrieved gradually to maintain fairness in the game.
We kindly ask for your understanding, as this difficult decision was made to maintain an equal experience for all players.[/p][p]Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue may have caused, and we will do our utmost to prevent its recurrence.[/p][p]Thank you.[/p]

Drops 2.0 Revamp Announcement

Hello Lumia Island survivors,
The upcoming Patch 8.3 on August 7th will introduce a new currency called Drops Tokens.



Drops Tokens are a new type of token that can be obtained through events or by watching livestreams.
With the introduction of the new system, players can now choose which item reward they want from the Drops store.

Drops Tokens expire 24 hours after receiving them, and players can go to [Store > Miscellaneous > Drops] to use their Drops Tokens.
The Drops store item list will be updated in Patch 8.4. After this update, more exclusive items will be available for exchange through the new system.
