Daniel builds have shown sharp changes in stats, so we’re adjusting the stats for Spectral Jacket. Since this started happening just before today's patch, and to ensure the stability of the update, we won't be including the adjustments in the minor update. Instead, we will roll out Hotfix 1.39.1a at around 8 AM (UTC) to apply these changes.

PATCH NOTES 1.39.1 - January 23rd, 2025
Servers will be temporarily offline for an estimated time of 4 hours on Thursday, January 23rd from 2 AM to 6 AM (UTC) to apply a minor update, Patch 1.39.1.
We’ll be rolling out the 1.39c Hotfix at 09:30 (UTC). *Some changes may not be applied to tooltips or Practice modes.
To ensure smoother operation of Union Circuit (BETA), we will be implementing another round of improvements through this hotfix.
If you were in the matchmaking queue while the hotfix is being applied, matchmaking may be forcibly canceled, and the matchmaking server may be disabled for about 1 ~ 5 minutes. We apologize for the inconvinience.

As mentioned in the patch notes, new tiers for Union Circuit (BETA) will open progressively based on player progress.
We’ll keep this post updated with the schedule as additional tiers become available, all the way up to SS tier—so stay tuned!

3. Europe Server - Schedule: Sat, Sun 19:00 - 21:00 (UTC) - Available Tiers: B, C, D, E, F
4. North America Server - Schedule: Sat, Sun 19:00 - 21:00 (PT) - Available Tiers: B, C, D, E, F
*Once someone has reached the highest tier in each server, matchmaking may require a waiting time of approximately 30–60 minutes. *We’ll provide more details regarding the final SSS tier opening in a future announcement.
1.39b Hotfix
We’ll be rolling out the 1.39b Hotfix at 7:10 AM (UTC).
*If the hotfix is applied while you're in trying to match, the matchmaking process may be forcibly terminated, and will be unavailable for a short period of time (less than 1 minute).

[Reenabled][Sissela] Temporarily Disabled in Normal/Ranked/Cobalt Protocol
With the 1.39a Hotfix now applied, Sissela is back and functioning properly so we've re-enabled her in both Normals and Cobalt Protocol.
For Ranked Matches, players who haven’t updated their client may experience disruptions. To ensure everything runs smoothly, Sissela will be reenabled in Ranked around 12 PM (UTC).
