We've confirmed that bugs related to Tia and Hyunwoo have been fixed after the hotfix, so they're now available in all modes.
In regards to today's matching errors, we're still looking for the source of the errors so we can fix them as soon as possible. We'll keep you updated.

Hello Lumia Island Survivors, We're adjusting queue settings for a smoother matchmaking environment. The following adjustments will be applied at 3 AM (UTC).
*Matchmaking queues may be paused and unavailable for 1~2 minutes during the application.
North America
The top-tier queue will have stricter matchmaking, with the highest tier restricted to players with Platinum 2 or higher. Additionally, we’re increasing the queueing time for 8 teams, reducing the frequency of 7 teams matching.
Asia 1
The top-tier queue will have stricter matchmaking, with the highest tier restricted to players with Diamond 2 or higher.

[New Character] Blair Preview
Eveyone's been there. Accidents happen. Some are nothing more than a nuisance, while others become turning points in a person’s life.
Unfortunately, the accident that struck Blair was one that turned hers upside down. The normal life she shared with her father and the future she once dreamed of, vanished like smoke from a candle blown out too soon.
The sudden tragedy and the cover-up that followed were more than her will and mind could bear. So she fed on her hatred toward VF awakeners, her anger, and her obsession with revenge, letting them consume her even as they became her only reason to keep going.
Blair began hunting them down. She visited the sites of similar incidents, tracked them relentlessly, and even took the lives of several with her own hands. The more she fought, the stronger her hatred toward awakeners grew.
But she couldn’t uncover everything on her own. The roots behind it all ran deep and dark, her body was breaking down, and she still had to care for her father, who had fallen into a coma.
To the desperate Blair, Aglaia’s offer of help felt like a gift. It was as if they already knew exactly what she wanted and gave her everything she needed.
Even now, she continues to hunt VF awakeners for revenge, not realizing that the one behind the tragedy that struck her is Aglaia itself.
