1.29e Hotfix

[Fixes]
- Barbara: BT Sentry Gun Mk.II (Q) will no longer cause the server to crush.
After the 1.29e hotfix, Barbara will be reenabled in Normals. However, if the issue continues to arise we might need to disable her again.

Objective Spawn Notifications
In this season, most objectives are announced 1 minute before they spawn, but we adjusted some of them so they were announced right after the Day/Night change, allowing for earlier preparation.
However, this adjustment has caused increased confusion and cluttered the minimap with too many icons, so we are unifying the notification to be 1 minute prior to open the possibility to a variety of play.
Additionally, the number of simultaneous announcements has been increased compared to last season. We'll be conducting tests during the preseason, and based on player feedback, we may make further adjustments in the future.

We're also preparing improvements for objective icons on the map, cubes, guide robots, and more. We will provide more details in a separate announcement.

What's going on with Barbara?
Since Barbara's rework, she has attracted a lot of attention, reaching a pick rate ranking of 7th for the first time ever.
Currently, some of Barbara's skills are causing intermittent server overload spikes. This issue is particularly severe because it can force all players in the match to disconnect, making it one of the most critical types of bugs.
We have implemented two hotfixes to address the suspected code, which has reduced the frequency of the issue, but cases still occur. The problem happens in about one out of every 1,000 matches on average, and since the conditions for reproduction are unclear, tracking it has been challenging. We are currently taking preventive measures by addressing any suspicious code that could potentially cause issues.
To avoid repeatedly disabling/reenabling Barbara, we plan to fix as many suspected issues as possible and release them in a combined update. However, due to the low frequency of the issue, it may still be necessary to monitor its recurrence in a live environment.
We sincerely apologize to Barbara players and are working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Despite modifications made to the suspected code through the 1.29c hotfix aimed at resolving this issue, it has been observed that the anomaly still occasionally occurs at a low probability.
As a result, until the issue is fully resolved, the Barbara character will be temporarily locked. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
