Servers will be temporarily offline for an estimated time of 7 hours on October 26th from 2 AM to 9 AM (UTC) to update Patch 1.7.
There has been ranked abusing through proxy games, and we have sanctioned the accounts that have been found.
Proxy gaming is strictly an obstruction of business, and we will consider judicial action through our internal legal team to prevent further activities from occurring.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we'll do everything we can to ensure that our players are not affected.

1. 2023 Season 1 End of Ranked Matches and Requirements
- Weds, October 25th, 23:59 (UTC)
* Only points from Ranked matches started before October 25th at 23:59 (UTC) will be included. * Accounts with a total ban record of 14 days or longer are ineligible for ranked rewards.
2. Immortal & Titan Reward Criteria - Immortal: Top 200 players that reached Mythril or higher with 200+ points - Titan: Top 201-700 players that reached Mythril or higher with 200+ points
*During Season 1, the Immortal Tier is displayed only for the global TOP 200. (To be improved in the future) *If you achieve the Immortal and Titan criteria, you will be awarded the corresponding tier rewards. *Players ranked 700th and below will be rewarded based on their final tier achieved before the end of the season. *If you do not play 80% of your Ranked matches in a specific server, the count will be based on the server with the lowest tier.
3. Rewards per Tier
*Rewards will be distributed after maintenance on Thursday, November 9th, 2023, and will be available to players who log into the game by Friday, February 9th, 2024 at 14:59 (UTC).

[How to use Season Tokens]
- Season Tokens can only be acquired during the respective season, and can be used until the next season. - You can purchase season products in Exchange until the Season Token expires. - Unused tokens from the current season can be exchanged for next season tokens in Exchange. - Tokens not claimed during the expiration period are automatically exchanged for tokens from the ongoing season. (Less than 3 will expire) - Items available for exchange in the Exchange menu may be used for different purposes in the future.

*You can use your Vacance Tokens in the Exchange menu until the end of Season 2. *You will be able to exchange Vacance Tokens for Season 2 Tokens at a fixed rate in the Exchange menu after the 1.8 update.
