So, we've all been waiting with anticipation, and the moment has finally arrived! In October, we're rolling out a pork-tastic update that's been filled to the brim with all the goodies you've been asking for. We've got fast travel, so you can trot around the valley quicker than a piggy on roller skates. No more hoofing it everywhere! 🏃♂️🏃♀️
But wait, there's more! Our valley is about to get a snazzy makeover with the introduction of a trusty lawnmower. Say oink-yes to tidy lawns and beautifully trimmed hedges. It's time to put on your gardening gloves and get mow-tivated!
And what's cooking, you ask? How about some delectable new recipes to tantalize your taste buds? You'll be whipping up dishes that'll have everyone oinking for seconds in no time.
We're not stopping there! Get ready to add a splash of color to your life with more plants than ever before. Your gardens will soon bloom with a riot of hues, making Everdream Valley even more enchanting!
Now, for all you Halloween enthusiasts, we've got a treat in store! We're conjuring up a spooktacular Halloween themed event with new items and decorations that'll make your snout spin! Get your costumes ready; it's going to be a real hoot!

We've got the grand finale – the MULTIPLAYER feature! Welcome to the Oink-tastic Frequently Asked Questions session with yours truly, Peter Curleytail! 🐷
I'm here to answer all your burning questions and provide you with snout-standing insights into the magical world of Everdream Valley. So, let's dive right into the oinkcredible queries and sow some knowledge! 🎊
How do I know when crops need to be watered?
Once getting close to the crops, you’ll spot a blue water drop, which means it’s time to water your plants.
How do I know when crops are fully watered?
Start watering your crops, and you’ll notice that the blue water drop mentioned above will disappear. Now your crops can happily grow further!
How often can I collect animal products, such as wool, milk and eggs?
Each animal produces their own product every three days, so make sure to pay them a visit regularly.
Where do my items go when my inventory is full? Are they lost for good?
No worries, if your inventory becomes full, then all of the new, collected items will appear in your storage box! You can find it at the barn on your Grandparent’s farm.
Can my storage box fill all the way up?
Nope! The box has unlimited space, once it gets ‘full’, it will expand with additional slots.
I cannot find the Strawberry and Pumpkin seeds to plant them in order to proceed with my quests. What should I do?
Simply grab the Strawberries and Pumpkin and plant them. They will grow and give you even more delicious crops.
How do I grow trees in the nursery?
Build the nursery close to the tree that you want to grow. It will grow a baby one over time! :) Just watch out to not to put it too close to a bush, because that’s what will grow in it. Oh, and remember to water your trees too.
How can I sell my animals?
Take a trip to the Merchant, and see what’s there on the list to sell. You can look at the backside of his cart to check it. If you want to sell ducks make sure to follow the quests to unlock a plaque with them, this will unlock the ability to hand them over to the Merchant.
Will other platforms receive the Steam updates?
Yes, Oink! I’ve heard that the team is working on them, and they all should be appearing soon. Please keep in mind that some of the platforms have a whole submission process, meaning that the updates need to be verified first.

We're back with an exciting update filled with enhancements and fixes to make your farming experience even more delightful. 🌾✨
Gameplay Enhancements:
Unlock the joy of riding a horse by obtaining a saddle in the game. Saddle up and embark on exciting adventures across the beautiful landscapes of Everdream Valley. There’s no need to worry about winning the Horse Race Dream anymore!
Geese will no longer attack players if a dog is nearby. Enjoy a harmonious atmosphere on your farm as your faithful four-legged friend keeps the geese at bay.
Animal Treat Station: Your animal companions will now happily munch on snails if you place them into the animal treat station.
Increased hitboxes for perches in the Chicken Dream, allowing your feathered friends to land more accurately and effortlessly.
Completing the scarecrow quest now grants you a pumpkin and strawberry, adding a touch of flavor and variety to your farming endeavors. Make sure to plant them, to grow even more of these delicious fruits and veggies!
Animals will now also hide in the barn when looking for a dry place to run to from the rain.
We've optimized memory usage while placing fences, resulting in smoother performance and enhanced gameplay.
Furniture will now have their reflections visible in mirrors!
We’ve added an End Game dialogue, informing our Farmers that they’ve completed the story.
User Interface Improvements:
Inventory & Storage Sorting: Stay organized and efficient with the brand-new sorting feature for your inventory and storage. Easily arrange items based on your preferred criteria such as their price, quantity, type, or name.
Dialogue Logs: Keep track of your conversations and interactions. The new dialogue log feature allows you to review previous conversations and revisit important details. You can find them under the ‘Tab’ button!
We’ve added an ‘unequip’ button for items held in your hands.
If you’re playing on a controller there will be no ‘F2’ button in the game options for the UI hiding button. You’ll see a button that’s right for your pad!
Bug Fixes:
We've conducted a thorough check to ensure that goats hiding under rocks don't get stuck and get teleported over to the Merchant.
Contaminated Pond Quest should work properly now.
The scarecrow's feather has received a visual upgrade. It now features a two-sided material, enhancing its realistic appearance.
You can now place the picked up well back in its original spot.
We've fixed an issue where items placed on the treehouse walls couldn't be picked up properly. Now, you can easily rearrange your treehouse décor to your heart's content.
The map icons for the chicken house, kitchen and workshop have been fixed ensuring easy navigation and a clear understanding of each location's purpose.
The magnifying glass material has been adjusted to ensure it displays correctly from all angles. Enjoy a clearer view as you investigate the wonders of Everdream Valley.
Chickens should now hop into their perches without any issues.
Animals will no longer hide from rain underneath dry trees.
After loading a saved game, chickens will now stay in the perches they’ve been sitting on while saving.
We've made some adjustments to optimize the display settings for the Steam Deck. Say goodbye to setting the wrong display size and enjoy Everdream Valley in fullscreen mode.
Animals will not sit on top of each other during rainy weather. Their positions will be a bit more randomized.
Finishing the cow quest will now be giving an empty jug instead of one filled with milk.
