Balance Changes
- Bio Injector now has total of 6 shots and a Clip Size of 3 shots. Player will need to reload the Bio Injector after using 3 shots.
- Bio Injector cost increased to 500 Weapon Credits
- ESP cost increased to 750 Weapon Credits
- Ace Vanguard Eagle Strike Radius increased to 2.5M from 1.5M
- Exploit Vanguard Hacking Animation is now faster

Fixes
- Fixed RTS Camera being stuck when Camera is moved too close to the map border
- Fixed RTS View not picking up gameplay related audio
- Fixed Language Selection reverting back to English when game restarts

RTS Improvements
- Added Yaw Rotation for RTS Camera and adjusted Camera Zoom
- Added adjustable Camera Scroll Speed. Can be adjusted in Options
- Implemented out of map bound selection filter (can no longer issue order out of the map)


RTS Scroll Speed can be adjusted from Settings -> Controls

Gameplay
- Added Option to Disable Base Defense Turret for Annihilation Mode
- Players can now drop a maximum of 3 Resupply Crates at a single time
- All Structures are now limited to a maximum of 8 per game except for Power Plants, Power Reactors and Turrets
- Assault Vanguard CAMG Homing can now target Vehicles and Structures
- Improved Sigma Turning Rate
- Reworked Vehicles Physics. Vehicles are less likely to get stuck when making sharp turns
- Ocular defense build requirement now change to Tier 1 from Tier 2

Balance Changes
- Improved Support Ordnance damage increased for Targeted Strike decrease to 25% from 50%
- Targeted Strike is now restricted from use near enemy base
- Power Reactor and Power Plant Health increased to 3,500 from 3,000
- Reduced AXR AEG Grenade EMP duration to 8 Seconds from 20
- Armory and Secured Mule Health increased to 3,200 from 3,000
- GSF Turret and AXR Turret Health increased to 3,500 from from 3,000
- Crawler Health increased to 5,800 from 5,000
- AXR Undeployed Structures Health are now equal to their deployed version
- Fabricator Transport increased to 8,000 from 3,000
- Turret Transport increased to 3,500 from 1,500
- Power Reactor Transport increased to 3,500 from 1,500
- Research Module Transport increased to 6,500 from 2,500
- XM45 Mag Package increased stability and decrease spread
- UA9 Tactical decreased rate of fire from 25 shots/sec to 22.2 shots/sec and has slightly increased spread.
- UA9 Tactical decreased maximum ammo capacity to 40 from 50
- Gauntlet CPC direct impact damage increased to 550 from 440
- Gauntlet CPC increased splash damage radius to 5M from 4.4M and increased splash damage to 500 from 350. Falloff remains the same.
- Gauntlet CPC charge time decreased to 2.4 seconds from 3 seconds
- APC max passenger size increased to 8 from 6
- Crawler default max passenger size increased to 6 from 4
- Crawler Cargo Improvement research upgrade now increases Crawler cargo size to 10 from 6
- GSF Turret, AXR Turret and AXR Ocular Defense visibility sight range & weapon range increased to 80M from 70M
- AXR Laser Strike direct hit damage increased by 20% (36 per hit from 30)
- MRPG maximum range increased to 85M from 70M

- Fixed Interaction Ring sometimes being persistent on Players Screen
- Fixed Production buttons not refresh after a production is started (not grey out if insufficient resources)

Eximius 'Zenzo Eternal' Open Championship Season 1 (USD$ 1,000 prize pool)



Ammobox Studios team is happy to announce the Eximius 'Zenzo Eternal' Open Championship Season 1 on April 30th - May 2nd. This is a North America Region tournament with a prize pool of USD1,000 in cash and a bunch of merchandise to be won.

North America region means that the server and timing will be based on US/Canada timezones but everyone is open to join provided you're okay with the ping and session timings.

Next is the Free Weekend, this is the time to bring your squad who don't have the game yet. There are already a few interested external communities have already extended their interest to 'raid' the game over the weekend. Come join us for some battle over the weekend.
To top it all off there's also a 20% sale to mark this occasion for the free weekenders to get a full copy of the game.

As we exit early access last month we have seen amazing growth in our community. We have doubled our Discord memberships ( over 2,000 members now ) and our Steam follower count has increased by almost 50%. But we want to be real; Eximius is still a relatively small indie title and it's hard for us to get the attention of the press to cover a unique FPS/RTS title. Nevertheless, the growth has been encouraging to us over here.

RTS Selection Changes & Improvements
- You can Drag and Select Infantries, Vehicles and Officers.
- You can Only Select a Singular Vehicle or Officer at a Single Time.
- When Dragging the Selection Over Infantries and Vehicles, the Selection Will prioritize Infantries. If there are no Infantries, it will then prioritise Vehicles followed by Officers.
- For Vehicles and Officers, the Selection will be biased towards the Closest Unit to the Starting Position of the Mouse Drag.



Gameplay
- Added Annihilation Mode. Destroy the Opponent HQ to win
- Victory Points are adjusted to 1,000, 500 and 300 for Online and Offline Games
- Specialist XM7 can now deal penetration damage. Projectile will only penetrate a maximum of 3 Meters and a maximum of 3 Targets
- Omicron Sonic Projectile now has Airburst Behaviour
- Demolishers and Marines can now move to the location before activating their throwing explosive ability
- Siege Vanguard HAMR will now show Unit Name and Health of the repaired target
- Increased Mule/Armory limit to 10 from 8
- Adjusted Guardian Trooper collider collision that is preventing it from accessing to some spaces



AI Commanders
- AI Commanders will now research Armor upgrade
- AI Commanders will now train Templars and Specialist and assigns them to Officers
- Reprioritised some Research for AI Commanders to unlock

Hit Markers
- Added a fade-out to hit direction markers
- Added Shield/Flesh Hit Sound when Player receives Damage
- Added a new Hit Marker when a Shielded Player is hit

UI/UX
- Contextual Ping is now more visible with increased size and opacity
- Contextual Ping pulsing animation will now loop continuously
- Loading Screen now scales correctly up till 4K resolution
- RTS Production queue alignment set to left

Balance Changes
- Reduced Damage Falloff for Grenades. Grenades will now deal higher damage away from the epicenter of the explosion compared to last time.
- XM45 overall functionality tweaked. Recoil is adjusted to have a stronger initial vertical kick and tapers off. Max range reduced and is similar to UA9 SMG.
- XM45 overall spread is reduced slightly with Hipfire
- XM45 horizontal recoil greatly reduced
- XM45 Firerate increased to 20 rounds per second from 16
- XM45 CQC Package Firerate increased to 25 rounds per second from 22
- Commanders are now limited to 8 Turrets at a single time
- All Tier 2 Armor Upgrade cost increased to 1,600 Credits & Power from 1,000 Credits & Power
- All Tier 3 Armor Upgrade cost increased to 2,400 Credits & Power from 1,000 Credits & Power
- All Tier Armor Upgrade Research Duration increased to 30/60/60 seconds (T1/T2/T3) from 10/20/30 seconds
- Ironguard Core now deals 80 damage per shot, similar to Ironguard
- Improved Support Ordnance Research Duration increased to 60 seconds from 5
- Targeted Strike Research Duration increased to 60 seconds from 5

New PVP Map Teaser - Downtown

Early Access players would remember this; the nostalgic Downtown. This very first map of Eximius during alpha/prototype stage holds plenty of sentimental values to some of the earlier players. It will be coming back in a big way after a major revamp. This map will be included as a free update very soon.
