”Improvements in manufacture, repair, and biometric tuning of suits has reduced overall turnover and subsection replacement due to wear and resulted in a more permanent assignment of armor and individual hardware. Correspondingly, Corps regulations regarding presentation have been loosened in order to give pilots more opportunity to personalize their armor. Operators are now more able to individualize their armor as persons and units see fit. “
- Overhauled underlying customization system code to improve maintainability and network synchronization reliability
- Added Faceplate decal customization
- Added MultiRifle model customization
- Added Callsign to ExoSuit - your display name is now stenciled on your armor
- Improvements to dedicated game server stability
- Prepending chat text with (Team) or (All) in team games depending on chat visibility
- Fixed issue where radar icons were missing in team games
- Fixed occasional issue where targeting system wouldn't show up until you died once after the start of a match.
- Fixed issue where incorrect ping was being reported in the high-ping warning.
- Fixed some log file spam
- Fixed preview image for Antigua and Barbuda national flag
- Fixed armor skins not appearing on your arms in first person
- Fixed issue with crouch height

July Hotfix Patch

Changes:



  • Fixed issue where targeting systems would not work on Moon and Orbit maps
  • Fixed issue where targeted notifications would sometimes get stuck on screen
  • Fixed issue where targeting system would flicker between acquiring and searching states.
  • Adjusted conditions under which players receive jammed/target-lost notifications
  • Fixed bots using missile swarms too frequently
  • Potential fixes to replication issues found in most recent testing
  • Potential fixes to projectile audio sometimes not stopping at end of match
  • Various fixes/improvements to tutorial
  • Various netcode optimizations

July Update

Report: 2041/7/16
”Upgrades to exosuit tracking management systems are being rolled out to units across the Corps. Guidance systems have improved target retention and ECM detection has been implemented across all potential jamming spectrums used by the Corps or outside entities. Further refinement has produced a more effective yield from the AC munitions. Improvements to coil materials has also brought about an increase in Plasma throw frequency.“

Updates:



  • Brand New Targeting/Jamming System! Lock-on now has progress that gradually increases while aiming at an enemy and gradually decreases when you stop aiming at them, lose sight, or are too far away. You are notified when enemies are locking onto you. Enabling your jammer resets enemy lock-on progress and makes it harder to acquire a lock. Using your jammer also hides your targeting system from enemies, preventing them from being notified of your lock-on. You can see when your teammates and detectable enemies are jamming, and receive a visual cue when you lose track of enemies due to jamming.
  • Autocannon damage increased
  • Made Jammer screen effects more noticeable
  • Dart Rifle crosshair now animates according to targeting system
  • Fixed a problem where bots would get stuck on a firing mode for too long
  • Fixed some issues with distance reporting on kills
  • Adjustments to GAT21 and Autocannon projectile accuracy
  • Increased Plasma fire rate
  • Increased Jammer on/off notification volume
